Michael Elgin Sells Glory Pro And Quits Twitter After Glory Pro Wrestler Is Accused Of Sexual Assault
Last Word on Pro Wrestling reports that Michael Elgin has made the decision to sell Glory Pro and quit Twitter after a Glory Pro Wrestler was accused of sexual assault. Sean Orleans, who was also a former student of Elgin’s, was fired from Glory Pro on November 16 after claims that he sexually assaulted a fan back in March.
We've parted ways with Sean Orleans.

The fan in question goes by Moses Malone on Twitter, and after she made the accusation several people on social media began to attack her and slut-shame her. Orleans had several defenders, including Vic Venom, who accused Malone of sending him unsolicited photos. She claims this is an attempt to discredit her story. You can see her entire Twitter rant below.
1/10 Since the post about my sexual assualt by @SeanOrleans was circulated, resulting in his release from several wrestling promotions, I have kept relatively quiet in regards to the influx of name-calling, slut-shaming, and general hatred that has come my way.

2/10 But there is a claim going around by @vicvenombytes that I feel I need to address. I feel compelled to do so, not only because is it just not at all true, but also because of the way in which it's being used to cast doubt. pic.twitter.com/1iNXLqLoyr

3/10 The claim being made is that I "publicly sent" @VicVenomBytes a photo of my tits. pic.twitter.com/X7L8CTKfqT

5/10 One last interaction with @VicVenomBytes. Then, on the same note, here are all of the photos of my tits I posted to (to anyone, or simply just cuz) twitter in September, along with some other fun pics I posted. pic.twitter.com/YFhf6VqDOJ

6/10 Here's the thing, y'all. I post semi-nude/risque/xxx/18+/adults-only photos of my self on twitter on the reg. Take two seconds to read my bio, stroll around, that's obvious. Were any of those photos directed toward @vicvenombytes? Nah.

I can't shoulder the weight of protecting people who don't deserve it anymore.
Here are some facts:
– Orleans sexually assaulted me. (Mar)
– I contacted Elgin immediately. (Mar)
– My story was shared on Twitter. (Nov)
– Orleans was released from Glory Pro. (Nov) https://t.co/0VZwDzB4er— Moses (@Th_BodyElectric) December 3, 2017
As noted above, Malone claims she contacted Elgin immediately after the assault occurred, which would seem to suggest the promotion waited eight months before doing anything about it, and only then when it became a big story. A tweet was released online from a protected account which showed Vic Venom and Elgin having a DM conversation that allegedly described Malone. After that, many people on Twitter attacked Orleans, Venom, Elgin and Glory Pro, while elsewhere Orleans’ defenders resorted to slut-shaming and attempts to defend his actions. Elgin tried to get the “defenders” to stop shaming the victim but the DM revelation only exacerbated the situation.
Now Elgin says he’s meeting with his legal team and leaving social media. He added that he sold Glory Pro to two friends and one of the financial sponsors, and that he plans to focus on his career and family. He deleted his Twitter yesterday at around 9 PM ET.
