Note On How The Rascalz Kept Their TNA Theme In AEW

The Rascalz have transferred their TNA theme song over with them to AEW, and a new report has details on how that came to pass. The stable signed with AEW in January and have been using the same theme thet did while in TNA/Impact Wrestling. That led to people speculating that AEW bought the rights to the song from TNA.

Fightful Select reports that that’s not what happened. Rather, the song was already part of one of the music libraries that AEW is licensing from. That allowed them to use the theme song without paying extra for it.

Trey Miguel is no longer using the song since he returned to TNA on the January 22nd episode of TNA Impact. Instead he has been using the theme song that he’s had for his non-Rascalz runs in TNA/Impact.

Dezmond Xavier & Zachary Wentz have an AEW Tag Tema Chmapionship matcgh coming their way after they defeated FTR on Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision. They picked up the win when The Young Bucks, who will face FTR at AEW Revolution, came out and distracted the champions. No word as of yet on when The Rascalz will get their World Tag Team Championship match.
