Oba Femi Answers Brock Lesnar’s Open Challenge Via Powerbomb On WWE Raw

It’s official: Oba Femi will be challenging Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania after he answered Lesnar’s open challenge on WWE Raw. Monday night’s episode of Raw saw Femi come down to lay out Lesnar in the opening segment when The Beast had his attention focused on Seth Rollins.

The episode opened with Rollins coming down to the ring with his masked man army. He talked about taking out Paul Heyman a couple of weeks ago, which led to Heyman coming out from the back. Heyman came to the ring as Rollins said that letting Heyman in was the worst mistake that he ever made.

Lesnar then came out to the ring and destroyed a number of masked men before coming face to face with Rollins. That led to Femi coming down to the ring and Rollins distracted Lesnar before escaping the ring, and Femi hit Lesnar with a Fall From Grace. He then put his foot on Lesnar’s chest and pointed to the WrestleMania sign.

You can see highlights from the segment below. It had been reported that a match between Femi and Lesnar was under discussion for WrestleMania 42. The two had an encounter in the men’s Royal Rumble, with Femi being eliminated by Lesnar.
