Real American Freestyle is sticking with FOX Nation, signing a new long-term deal to stay on the streaming platform. FOX announced on Thursday that they have expanded their partnership with RAF and will continue being the exclusive broadcast partner for the Eric Bischoff co-founded freestyle wrestling league.
The deal will see FOX Nation exclusively stream all upcoming RAF matches. FOX’s announcement notes that RAF has been a “top subscription driver for FOX Nation” and that RAF005 from January drew the highest day of new subscribers for the platform in over a year.
FOX Nation president Lauren Petterson said in the announcement, “We’re incredibly proud of what has been built over the first five events and the strong momentum Real American Freestyle has generated. They have been great partners who share our commitment to delivering premium content, and we look forward to expanding this relationship as the league continues to grow.”
Bischoff also chimed in on the announcement, saying, “RAF is reaching core wrestling fans and pulling in new ones. Elite athletes, real stories, clear stakes, and crossover matchups that bring audiences together. FOX Nation understands how to grow long-term programming, and this extension gives us the space to keep developing RAF the right way.”
The league’s next event will be RAF06, which takes place at Mullett Arena in Tempe, Arizona on February 28. The announcement notes that an “international expansion” planned for later in 2026.
Finally, FOX Nation will release a new special hosted by Colby Covington on January 29th titled “RAF: Wrestling’s Greatest Takedowns.”
The league had its first show in August of last year.
