Stephanie Vaquer took to social media to comment on regaining the Women’s World Championship at last night’s WWE live event in Santiago, Chile. As noted, Vaquer defeated Liv Morgan at Saturday night’s show to recapture the title she had lost to Morgan at WrestleMania 42.
Vaquer posted to Instagram on Sunday to share a pic of her posing with the title after the match and the Chilean crowd behind her. She wrote in the post:
“We made the impossible possible.
History was made.
September 12, 2026
WWE Women’s World Champion
Santiago, Chile”
The win marks the first time since December 26th, 2019 that a title has changed hands at a non-televised WWE event. The last time saw Andrade El Idolo defeat Rey Mysterio at Madison Square Garden to win the WWE United States Championship. He went on to hold the title for 151 days. Stephanie Vaquer is now in her second reign as Women’s World Champion, and Liv Morgan’s title reign ended at 147 days.
