Sting Honored Following End of AEW Revolution

Sting was given a proper farewell following the end of AEW Revolution. The Icon, who teamed with Darby Allin to win his final match against The Young Bucks, spoke with the audience after the show went off the air per PWInsider.
According to the report, Sting first called down his sons, who appeared as Wolfpac Sting and Surfer Sting in his entrance, and then Tony Khan. Khan thanked the audience for paying Sting tribute and called Revolution the greatest wrestling PPV ever. Allin thanked everyone for being there and said that he hoped Sting gave them their money’s worth, then said he was going to the hospital. Sting asked Allin to text him with how many stitches he gets.
Sting then gestured to Tony Schiavone who gave a last “It’s Sting!” call. The AEW roster and several officials came to the stage to give Sting an ovation and there was a big “Thank you Sting” chant from the crowd.
Sting hugged his sons in the ring and then left to his theme song, hugging everyone on the roster and then going back to the ringside area to shake hands and high five the ringside fans. He hugged his family, then Justin Roberts and David Crockett beforee taking a selfie with Dax Harwood. He then returned to the stage and was announced one last time.
