Ted DiBiase On Which Wrestler Should’ve Had A Bigger Career Than They Did
On the latest episode of Everybody’s Got a Pod, WWE Hall of Famer Ted DiBiase talked about his belief that Terry Taylor, best known as the Red Rooster in WWE, should’ve had a bigger career, and more. You can check out some highlights below:
Ted DiBiase on who was a better performer – Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart: “It’s hard to pick one because it’s like when I think about Bret Hart, Bret Hart is an unbelievable ring technician. But the guy who just has and always did have an unbelievable amount of charisma. He just did. He had it. But I don’t know, that’s really tough. I just don’t think that I could. You know, there’s so many things about both good guys. It’s almost like a toss-up because of what I just explained to you. He [Shawn] did cut good promos as well. And again, for the excitement, Brett was a ring technician, but, like he wasn’t that explosive type of guy like Shawn. So maybe I’d maybe maybe I’d have to give it to Shawn by a hair.”
On someone who should’ve had a bigger career than they did: “I’ll tell you, one person who had had it all and never and never really got a shot at it, and that was Terry Taylor. I would say Terry was, like oozing with charisma. He was good on the mic, he was good in the ring. I mean, he’s one of the guys training the developmental crew right now. So, I mean, obviously they think he’s good. You know, Terry Taylor is one of those guys who I thought had pretty much had it all, just never got a real big break.”
