TNA Announces New Partnership With Puerto Rico Promotion
– Hector Guerrero announced during the Spanish language version of Impact Wrestling that TNA has partnered with Puerto Rico’s new World Wrestling League promotion. TNA will be sending talent to the WWL shows beginning with the promotion’s April 21st debut event in San Juan.
Set for the show are Samoa Joe, James Storm, Abyss, Bobby Roode and Christopher Daniels. The show is headlined by Texano Jr. vs. Ricky Bandera for the AAA Mega-Championship, which is the first time the title will be defended outside Mexico.
