Vince McMahon Reportedly Travelling to John Cena Filming Location Next Week

Vince McMahon is reportedly headed to the location of John Cena’s latest project next week. Fightful Select reports that McMahon is scheduled to travel next week to Vancouver, Canada. Cena is set to be in the latter city over the next few months as he films the second season of DC’s Peacemaker series. McMahon was originally set to travel there this weekend, but the plans shifted to next weekend instead.

The report notes that there was no specific reason given for McMahon’s travel but were told it likely has something to do with Cena, which was the word backstage as well. Cena is not confirmed for Summerslam, at least as of last week, but there was some notion that they were going to try to get him for a match at WrestleMania 39.

It is worth noting that Peacemaker isn’t set to film for a while still, though there may well be a lengthy pre-production process involved.
