WWE Raw Rating, Audience Drop To 2023 Lows Against Football

WWE Raw took its usual hit as Monday Night Football began, dropping to its lowest rating and audience points of the year. Monday’s episode bought in a 0.40 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 1.353 million viewers according to Wrestlenomics. Those numbers were down 23.1% and 20.6% respectively from last week’s 0.52 demo rating and audience of 1.704 million viewers.
The numbers marked the lowest points of 2023 for the show, and the lowest in the show’s history outside of the December 26th, 2022 “Best Of 2022” episode which did a 0.27 demo rating and audience of 1.075 million. Raw got pummeled by Monday Night Football, which drew 22.6 million viewers across ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2 for a combined 6.46 demo rating. The drop for this week wasn’t unlike the fall for the first week of MNF in 2022, which saw Raw drop 24.1% in the demo and 16.8% in total viewers.
Raw is averaging a 0.543 demo rating and 1.794 viewers in 2023 to date, compared to a 0.48 demo rat8ing and 1.793 million viewers in the same time period in 2022.
