WWE Smackdown Rating Hits Four-Week High, Audience Rises in FOX Return

WWE Smackdown was back on FOX after a week on FOX Sports 1, and the show hit a four-week ratings and 11-week viewership high. Friday’s episode brought in a 0.57 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 2.306 million viewers per Wrestlenomics, up huge (as expected) from the FOX Sports 1 airing’s 0.25 demo rating and 902,000 viewers. Compared to the last FOX-airing episode on November 25th, Smackdown was up 5.6% in ratings and 6.5% in total viewers.
The demo rating was the best for the show since the November 11th episode had a 0.58, while the audience was the highest since the September 23rd episode spiked to 2.535 million viewers.
Smackdown is averaging a 0.512 demo rating and 2.106 million viewers in 2022, compared to a 0.552 demo rating and 2.08 million viewers for the same time period in 2021.
