WWE Smackdown Rating, Viewership Drop to Pre-WrestleMania Levels

– The rating and audience for this week’s episode of Smackdown returned to the levels they were at before WrestleMania 34. Tuesday night’s episode brought in a 0.8 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 2.549 million viewers. Those numbers are down 18% and 9% respectively from last week’s 0.98 demo rating and 2.796 million viewers. The metrics were still up slightly from the last episode before WrestleMania, which had a 0.79 demo rating and an audience of 2.467 million.
Smackdown ranked #3 among cable originals for the night per Showbuzz Daily. The two NBA Playoff games on Turner won the night with a 1.57 demo rating/3.766 million viewers and a 1.44/3.610 million.
