wXw Confirms First Round Matches for 16 Carat Gold 2022
wXw have confirmed the first round of matches for this year’s 16 Carat Gold tournament, which starts on Friday March 4 in Oberhausen, Germany.
The pick of the first round matches sees ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham take on former wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion Bobby Gunns.

16 Carat Gold runs between March 4 and March 6 at the Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen, Germany. There’s no live-streaming of the tournament, which will appear as video-on-demand via wXwNOW.com and at a later date via the WWE Network. Other shows across the same weekend include the Ambition shoot-style tournament, which also includes a non-tournament match between Fast Time Moodo and Biff Busick.
