Welcome to 411’s WWE No Mercy 2016 Report. We are LIVE in beautiful Sacramento, California.

Renee Young, Lita, Booker T, and Jerry “The King” Lawler are on the Kickoff Show panel. The WWE World Championship match will open the show tonight. Tom Phillips is in the Social Media Lounge, and later tonight the Usos will be his guests. The first video package on the Kickoff Show is for Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt. Booker T and Lita pick Orton, but the King picks Wyatt. Up next is a video package for The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler. Booker T and the King pick The Miz, but Lita picks Ziggler.

Curt Hawkins makes his way down to the ring and says he did what he said he was going to do. He stepped foot in the ring at No Mercy… so thank you, and good night. But before he goes, he wants to leave us with a big Curt Hawkins announcement. This Tuesday on Smackdown Live, he’ll be having his very first match.

Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan meet with Alexa Bliss in the back to let her know that Becky Lynch cannot compete tonight. Alexa points out that she has a contract for a championship match. Daniel says that she’ll get her championship match on Smackdown Live on November 8, but she won’t have the night off tonight. She’s going to have a match… with a mystery opponent.

The panel moves on to a discussion of Heath Slater & Rhyno vs. The Usos. Booker T and Lita pick Slater & Rhyno, but the King picks the Usos. They then quickly discuss Jack Swagger vs. Baron Corbin. Booker T picks Corbin, but the King and Lita pick Swagger. Nikki Bella joins the Kickoff panel to hype Total Bellas and her match against Carmella tonight. The King and Lita pick Nikki, but Booker stands his ground and goes with Carmella.


Kickoff Show Match
The Hype Bros & American Alpha vs. The Ascension & The Vaudevillains

Chad Gable and Aiden English start the match. Gable gets a series of quick takedowns, drags English to the corner, and makes the tag to Jordan. Gotch tries to make the save, but Gable monkey flips him out of the corner. English eats a double hip toss before Jordan makes the tag to Ryder. English creates enough distance to get to his corner and make the tag to Viktor. Ryder suplexes Viktor and tags Rawley. Rawley ducks a big boot and levels Viktor with a lariat for a two count. Konnor gets the tag but eats a crossbody from Rawley. Gable makes the blind tag before all eight men rush into the ring. The faces dump the heels and stand tall in the ring as we head to a commercial. We return from the break with Ryder and Viktor in the ring. Konnor gets the tag and works over Ryder on the apron. English gets the tag, decks Ryder, and gets a two count. English locks in a chin lock, but Ryder hits a jaw breaker to break the hold. Gotch gets the tag and works over Ryder in the corner. Konnor gets the quick tag and stomps on Ryder’s face. Konnor lands a short uppercut and charges at Ryder in the corner, but Ryder gets his boots up. Konnor pulls Ryder out of the ring, but Ryder whips him into the barricade. Ryder dives to his corner to make the tag, but Viktor pulls Ryder’s teammates off the apron. Konnor makes the tag to English, but Ryder FINALLY makes the hot tag to Jordan. Jordan hits an Alpha-plex followed by an exploder suplex. We get a rapid series of finishers that concludes with American Alpha hitting English with Grand Amplitude for the three count.

Match Result: Jason Jordan defeats Aiden English with Grand Amplitude.

We close the Kickoff Show with a video package for AJ Styles vs. Dean Ambrose vs. John Cena. Booker T picks Styles, the King picks Cena, and Lita picks Ambrose.

Ambrose gets in Cena’s face to start. Cena goes for a quick Attitude Adjustment, but Styles breaks it up. Cena head butts Ambrose, but Ambrose works him over in the corner. Ambrose turns his attention to Styles, and drop kicks him to the outside. Ambrose heads out of the ring and whips Styles into the barricade. Cena heads to the outside as well, but Ambrose hits him with a side Russian leg sweep into the barricade. Ambrose dives off the apron toward Cena, but Cena catches him in mid-air and slams him back-first into the ring post. Styles flies over the top rope and levels Cena with a Phenomenal Forearm on the outside. Styles rolls Cena back into the ring before getting into a suplex battle with Ambrose on the apron. Ambrose and Styles block repeated suplex attempts before the actions spills back into the ring. Styles goes for a German suplex, but Cena gets behind him and hits a double German suplex on both of his opponents. Styles dumps Ambrose to the outside and Cena goes for an Attitude Adjustment, but Styles flips over, lands on his feet, and connects with a Pelé kick. Ambrose charges back into the ring but eats a DDT / neck breaker combo from Styles. Ambrose gets back to his feet and brawls with Styles in the middle of the ring. Ambrose charges Styles in the corner, but Styles back body drops him to the outside. Ambrose hit the steps as he was landing, so we’ll have to see if that affects his performance as the match continues. Cena put Styles on his shoulders and heads up top, but Styles floats over into an Argentine backbreaker into tornado powerbomb for a two count. Cena gets back to his feet and brawls with Styles in the middle of the ring, but Styles catches Cena in a sleeper hold. Cena whips Styles to the ropes and catches Styles in a sleeper of his old, but Ambrose heads back into the ring and locks in a sleeper on Cena. Cena breaks the hold and hits Ambrose with two shoulder tackles and the Protoplex. Styles his Cena with a German suplex but only gets a two count. Ambrose hits Styles with a sit-out facebuster for a two count of his own. Styles dumps Ambrose to the outside and turns his attention to Cena. Cena hits two shoulder blocks and the Protoplex, but Ambrose halts Cena’s momentum with a diving clothesline from the top. Cena gets dumped to the outside and Ambrose goes for Dirty Deeds on Styles, but Styles blocks. Styles takes Ambrose up top and hits a hurricanrana from the top. Styles and Ambrose level each other with a double clothesline as Cena crawls back into the ring. Cena hits a double Five Knuckle Shuffle (a Ten Knuckle Shuffle?) to Styles and Ambrose. Cena hits Ambrose with the Attitude Adjustment and gets a looong two count. Cena locks in the STF on Ambrose, but Ambrose refuses to tap. Cena heads to the apron where Styles is climbing back into the ring, but Styles catches him with a suplex right on the apron. Styles hits a springboard 450 splash on Ambrose, but Ambrose again kicks out at two. Styles goes for a Phenomenal Forearm, but Ambrose blocks. Styles hits the Styles Clash on Ambrose, but Cena returns to the ring and locks in the STF on Styles. Ambrose makes sure Styles doesn’t tap and buys Styles enough time to break the hold. Cena goes for a double Attitude Adjustment, but Styles and Ambrose slide off his shoulders. Ambrose levels Styles with a clothesline and takes him up top. Cena slides under Ambrose and hits a sit-out powerbomb. Styles connects with a diving crossbody to Cena, but Cena rolls through and goes for the Attitude Adjustment. Styles counters into the Calf Crusher, but Ambrose breaks up the hold. Ambrose locks in the Calf Crusher on Styles, and Cena adds the STF. Styles taps, but both Ambrose and Cena had submission holds on him at the time. The referee realizes the match can’t end that way, so we’re going to keep going. Styles rolls out of the ring as Cena and Ambrose go after each other. Ambrose counters an Attitude Adjustment into Dirty Deeds, but Styles pulls Ambrose out of the ring to prevent the three count. Ambrose hits a suicide dive onto Ambrose on the outside and then whips him across an announce table. Ambrose heads up top, but Cena goes up top with him and hits a super Attitude Adjustment. Styles rushes into the ring with a steel chair, connects with a chair shot to Cena’s back, and gets the three count.

Match Result: AJ Styles defeats John Cena with a chair shot.

Nikki Bella vs. Carmella

Nikki goes right after Carmella and whips her across the ring. Nikki lands a knee to the face and drop kicks Carmella to the outside. Nikki takes the fight to the outside, but Carmella whips her into the barricade and then the ring apron. Carmella stretches Nikki around the ring post and then rolls her back into the ring for a two count. Carmella wrenches on Nikki’s neck and hits a Bronco Buster in the corner for another two count. Carmella goes back to the neck, but Nikki muscles out of the hold. Carmella pulls Nikki’s hair around the top rope and goes for another Bronco Buster, but Nikki counters with a spear. Nikki hits a clothesline in the corner and follows up with a Beautiful Disaster for a two count. Nikki hits the Bella Buster but again only gets a two count. Carmella lands a super kick, but Nikki kicks out at two. Nikki catches Carmella in a small package, but Carmella kicks out. Carmella locks in the Code of Silence, but Nikki tries to counter into the Alabama Slamma, but Carmella floats over. Carmella goes back to the Code of Silence, but Nikki makes it to the ropes. Carmella drags Nikki back to her feet, but Nikki hits the Rack Attack 2.0 for the three count.

Match Result: Nikki Bella defeats Carmella with the Rack Attack 2.0.

Smackdown Tag Team Championship Match
Heath Slater & Rhyno (Champions) vs. The Usos

Rhyno and Jimmy start the match, and Rhyno quickly drops Jimmy with a shoulder tackle. Rhyno beats Jimmy into the corner and makes the tag to Slater. Rhyno and Slater hit double back elbow shots, but Jimmy creates enough distance to make the tag to Jey. Jey hits a scoop slam and a back suplex for a two count. Jey holds Slater in the corner and Jimmy makes the tag and hits a running forearm shot. Jimmy drags Slater down to the mat, but Slater fights back to his feet and makes the tag to Rhyno. Rhyno levels Jimmy with a clothesline and follows up with a belly-to-belly suplex. Jey gets the tag and connects with a hip attack to Rhyno in the corner. Jimmy gets the tag and drags Rhyno down to the mat with a chin lock. Jimmy makes the tag to Jey, and Jey lands a low drop kick to Rhyno’s head. Rhyno and Jey slug it out in the middle of the ring. Jey locks in an arm wringer and makes the tag back to Jimmy. Rhyno catches Jimmy with a spinebuster and FINALLY makes the hot tag to Slater as Jimmy tags Jey. Slater hits a neck breaker and gets a two count. Slater rolls up Jey, but Jey kicks out at one. Jey hits a Samoan Drop but only gets a two count. Jey makes the tag back to Jimmy, and Rhyno pulls Jey out of the ring. Jimmy hits a low drop kick to Rhyno before heading up top, but Slater springs up top and hits a super power slam. Jimmy lands a super kick to Slater and tags Jey. Rhyno gores Jimmy on the outside as Jey locks in a half crab arm lock on Slater. Rhyno breaks up the hold and gets the tag from Slater. GORE! GORE! GORE! THREE COUNT!

Match Result: Rhyno defeats Jey Uso with the Gore.

Jack Swagger vs. Baron Corbin

Corbin goes right after Swagger to start, but Swagger quickly whips Corbin out of the ring. Swagger charges back into the and clotheslines Swagger to the outside. Swagger heads to the outside and slams Corbin’s head into the announce table. Corbin kicks Swagger’s knee and smashes his hand between the steps and the ring post. Corbin clotheslines Swagger as Swagger clutches his hand. Corbin rolls Swagger into the ring and stomps on his injured hand. Swagger fires back with a back elbow shot, but Corbin goes right back to the injured hand. Corbin charges Swagger in the corner, but Swagger hot shots him face-first onto the top of the ring post. Swagger hits a clothesline in the corner and follows up with a side slam. Swagger hits the Swagger Bomb for a two count. Swagger goes for the Patriot Lock, but he can’t lock it in with the injured hand. Corbin hits Deep Six and flattens Swagger with a running punch. Swagger regains control with a clothesline and gets a two count. Swagger locks in the Patriot Lock, but Corbin grabs the ring skirt to force the break. Corbin hits the End of Days, and that’s finally enough for the three count.

Match Result: Baron Corbin defeats Jack Swagger with the End of Days.

Ziggler goes for a quick super kick, but Miz ducks. Ziggler goes for a drop kick, but Ziggler catches the legs and catapults Ziggler to the outside. Ziggler charges back into the ring and clotheslines Miz to the outside. Ziggler slams Miz’ head into the barricade before rolling him back into the ring. Miz whips Ziggler chest-first into the corner and gets a two count. Miz chokes Ziggler across the second rope and locks in a double underhook. Ziggler stomps on Miz’ foot to break the hold, but Miz presses his advantage with a boot to the face. Miz rolls Ziggler to the apron and stomps on his chest before catapulting him chest-first into the bottom rope. Miz stomps on the back of Ziggler’s knees and drives a knee into Ziggler’s back. Miz locks in a bow and arrow, but Ziggler fights back to his feet and breaks the hold. Ziggler goes for a super kick, but Miz counters into his patented back breaker / neck breaker combo for a two count. Miz connects with a drop kick in the corner and goes for the corner clothesline, but Ziggler counters with a standing drop kick. Ziggler ducks a clothesline and lands a clothesline of his own. Ziggler hits a swinging neck breaker and a standing elbow drop for a two count. Ziggler goes for the Fameasser, but Miz tries to counter into a slingshot powerbomb, but Ziggler rolls through into a sunset flip for a two count. Ziggler rolls up Miz for a two count, but Miz rolls through into a two count of his own. Miz works over Ziggler’s leg and goes for the Figure Four, but Ziggler kicks him away. Miz wraps Ziggler’s leg around the middle rope and drop kicks the rope the wrench the leg. Miz hits the corner clothesline and heads up top, but Ziggler knocks the ropes to make Miz lose his balance. Ziggler heads up top with Miz, but Miz flips over and goes for the slingshot powerbomb, but again Ziggler rolls through into a sunset flip for a two count. Miz finally successfully locks in the Figure Four, but Ziggler makes it to the ropes to break the hold. Maryse hops up on the ring apron and distracts the referee as Miz removes the top turnbuckle on the other side of the ring. Ziggler hits the Fameasser and gets a looong two count. Ziggler charges Miz in the corner, but Miz side steps, and Ziggler’s head slams into the exposed turnbuckle. Miz hits the slingshot powerbomb, but Ziggler miraculously kicks out at two. Miz goes to work with Daniel Bryan kicks, but Ziggler ducks one and hits the Zig Zag for a LOOONG two count. Miz blocks a super kick and goes for the Skull Crushing Finale, but Ziggler counters into a sleeper hold. Miz finally makes it to the ropes to break the hold. The ref pulls Miz off Ziggler, but Maryse cheap shots Ziggler from the outside. Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale and makes the cover, but Ziggler gets his boot on the bottom rope. Miz pulls Ziggler’s boot off, but Ziggler lands a super kick with the boot-less foot. Maryse calls down Kenny and Mikey, and the hop up onto the ring apron. Ziggler super kicks Mikey off the apron, but the distraction allows Miz to hit the Skull Crushing Finale for yet another looong two count. The referee sends Maryse, Kenny, and Mikey to the back, and the Miz protests vehemently. That distraction gives Ziggler the chance to get to back to his feet, and Ziggler hits Miz with a super kick for the three count.

Naomi vs. Alexa Bliss

Naomi locks in a standing side head lock to start, but Alexa breaks free and levels Naomi with shoulder block. Alexa stomps on the back of Naomi’s head and drags her back to her feet, but Naomi goes to work with leg kicks. Naomi hits a springboard split legged moonsault and follows up with a pair of boots to the jaw. Alexa slams Naomi onto the apron and rolls her back into the ring for a two count. Alexa wrenches on the arm and stomps on the shoulder, but Naomi fights back to her feet. Alexa whips Naomi into the corner and stomps a mud hole in her. Naomi creates distance and hits a spinning sit-out facesbuster. Naomi hits a drop kick and a Rear View for a two count. Alexa locks in a cross arm breaker, but Naomi shifts her weight onto Alexa and pins her for a three count.

Match Result: Naomi pins Alexa to counter a cross arm breaker.

Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt

Orton and Wyatt locks up in the middle of the ring and Orton goes for a quick RKO, but Wyatt blocks and rolls out of the ring. Wyatt paces around the ring before slowly climbing back into the ring. Orton pounds on Wyatt, but Wyatt drops Orton with a single punch. Orton slams Wyatt to the mat and systematically stomps on his limbs. Orton goes to work with mounted punches in the corner and blocks an attempted Sister Abigail from Wyatt. Wyatt pulls Orton out of the ring and slams him head-first into the announce table. Orton goes for a RKO on the outside, but Wyatt tosses him over the table. Wyatt grabs the lower section of the ring steps and puts them in front of the announce table, but Orton levels him with a clothesline. Orton rolls Wyatt back into the ring and climbs up onto the ring apron, but Wyatt shoves Orton off the apron and right onto the barricade. Orton gingerly rolls back into the ring and eats a clothesline from Wyatt. Wyatt hits a running senton and gets a two count. Orton fights out of the corner, but Wyatt whips him to the adjacent corner and connects with a running splash. Wyatt locks in a rear chin lock, but Orton fights back to his feet. The action spills to the ring apron, and Wyatt hits a DDT right on the apron. Wyatt rolls Orton back to the middle of the ring and gets a two count. Wyatt goes back to the rear chin lock and transitions into a scoop slam. Wyatt heads up top and goes for a diving senton, but Orton rolls out of the way. Orton and Wyatt slug it out in the middle of the ring. Wyatt whips Orton to the corner, but Orton explodes out of the corner with a clothesline. Wyatt gets caught with a power slam but kicks out at two. Orton goes for his patented rope-assisted DDT, but Wyatt gets his feet off the ropes to block. Wyatt goes for Sister Abigail, but Orton tries to counter into a RKO, but Wyatt counters into a uranage for a two count. Wyatt whips Orton out of the ring and set him on the lower section of the ring steps. Wyatt goes for the running senton onto Orton on the steps, but Orton rolls off, and Wyatt crashes onto the steps. Orton whips Wyatt into the barricade and drops him back-first onto the barricade. Orton drags Wyatt onto the ring apron and hits the rope-assisted DDT. Orton sets up for the RKO, but the lights go out, and LUKE HARPER IS HERE! Orton stares at Harper, but Wyatt uses Harper’s distraction to hit Sister Abigail and get the three count.

Match Result: Bray Wyatt defeats Randy Orton with Sister Abigail.
