STARDOM Goddesses of Stardom Tag League Night 5
November 13th, 2025 | YouTree Multipurpose Hall in Hachinohe, Aomori | Attendance: 420
We’ve got some news heading into night five. Suzu Suzuki is out of action due to an injury, so her team will have to forfeit some matches. Today, they were set to face Sakurara, so that team has their first win via forfeit.
Red Goddesses Block: Akira Kurogane and Bozilla [2] vs. T-Hearts [2]
T-Hearts is now the name that Miku Kanae and Sareee are apparently going by. Super stoked for Sareee vs. Bozilla to start this. Their Marigold Title match last year was awesome (****¼). I knew they’d deliver but I also thought Miku and Akira brought some good stuff here. Akira is seemingly out to prove herself to Bozilla as a worthy partner, while Miku was willing to throw big strikes to impress her mentor. That allowed their segments to work better than they might with other opponents. Bozilla’s missile dropkick off Bret’s rope is a sight to behold. It gives me Takeshi Morishima vibes and I cannot stress enough how much of a compliment that is. Meanwhile, Sareee’s double stomp looked as stiff and brutal as ever. Sareee brought Bozilla down from the top rope with a very impressive German suplex that was a highlight of the match. In the end, Miku rolled up Akira to get the win in 10:14. Possibly my favorite match of the tournament. [***½]
Blue Goddesses Block: 02line [2] vs. New Sisters [2]
This means more of AZM vs. Rina, which was fantastic in the Grand Prix. New Sisters jumped 02line before the bell, leading to the usual HATE brawl on the outside and through bits of the crowd. They had the upper hand and isolated AZM for a bit. Once that segment was over, Miyu got a chance to shine and I appreciated that. She’s not usually the one who gets to do the hot tag and such, so it’s good to see. She’s come a long way from when I mostly knew her for botching. There was a really good late exchange between AZM and Konami. I wonder if that might be a white belt program down the line. Konami choked her out to win in 11:33 but not without help from Rina whipping AZM. Another quality match. [***¼]
Red Goddesses Block: AquaStella [2] vs. Reckless Fantasy [0]
I have to assume the Sakurara match was initially meant to headline. This doesn’t feel like a main event match at all. With two lovable babyface teams, there wasn’t much of an edge to this one. It was a friendly, solid little match that would’ve been at home opening a show. Things moved along at a quick pace and I do have to commend Rian for her improvements. She handled a lot of the action in there, even if it was her on the defensive side, but she did well. Mei and Waka rekindled their recent rivalry over the High Speed Title. Rian fought hard after getting stuck in a submission at the hands of Mei and then hit a dive to the outside but she fell to a Mei powerbomb soon after, losing in 14:39. A bit long for what they went for. I assume they added time given the forfeit on the card. Solid though. [**¾]
