Anthony Ogogo Trains With AJ Styles, Shares Pic On Social Media

Anthony Ogogo trained with AJ Styles recently, sharing a pic and reflecting on the experience on social media. Ogogo posted to his Twitter account on Friday to share a photo of himself and Styles from the training session.

Ogogo wrote:

“Last night’s training session with AJ Styles. Unreal.

As a kid I had one dream… to compete at the Olympic Games. I chased it, lived it, and came home with a medal. Childhood dream ✔️

What I never imagined was getting to live a second dream. Becoming a professional wrestler and learning from the very people I grew up watching.

Every week I train with legends like Billy Gunn, and nights like this getting extra reps and knowledge from someone like AJ Styles are special.

Grateful for the journey. Still learning. Still sharpening the tools. Still chasing greatness.

Dreams evolve… but the work never stops”

Ogogo last wrestled on the November 15th, 2025 episode of ROH On HonorClub, where he teamed with his Shane Taylor Promotions allies Lee Moriarty and Taylor to defeat Alex Reynolds, Evil Uno & John Silver of The Dark Order. No word on when he’ll next be competing.

Styles, meanwhile, has taken on a new backstage role in WWE since he retired at the WWE Royal Rumble in a loss to Guntgher. He will be inducted into the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame class over WrestleMania 42 weekend.
