As previously reported, Sammy Guevara and The Beast Mortos lost the ROH World Tag Team Titles to El Sky Team, Místico and Máscara Dorada, at last week’s CMLL Viernes Espectacular show in Mexico City. During his latest vlog, Guevara documented the defeat, revealing that it was his “last date” that he agreed to work in CMLL.
Guevara says in the video, “I’ll tell you, this is my last date that I agreed to do at CMLL. And the last time I was in Mexico before this trip was four years ago. So, I don’t know if it’s going to take four more years for me to come back.”
Later on, Guevara and Mortos argued over their loss to El Sky Team, with Flip Gordon gloating over them. Guevara called it “The worst day ever,” adding, “I hate this day.”
As noted, Sammy Guevara later commented that it was “time to focus” on his “real destiny” following his title loss. You can check out Guevara’s latest vlog below.
