James Gallagher vs. Kirill Medvedovsky Set For Bellator 164

James Gallagher will meet Kirill Medvedovsky in a featherweight bout at Bellator 164. Bellator announced the fight on Monday for the card, which takes place on November 10th in Tel Aviv, Isreal.
The show will air on Spike on November 11th at 9 PM ET and will be broadcast by Ananey Communications in Isreal. The full card thus far is as follows:

Andrey Koreshkov vs. Douglas Lima – welterweight title match
