Andrade El Idolo Appears at Last Night’s House of Glory Winter Warfare, Attacks World Champion Charles Mason

As previously reported, former WWE Superstar Andrade El Idolo recently returned to the ring, beating Xavant to win the WWC Universal Championship at WWC’s 52nd Anniversary show. Andrade El Idolo made a shocking, surprise appearance, attacking HOG Champion Charles Mason after the main event.

As Mason celebrated with the title, Andrade appeared in the ring in a suit and his trademark black mask. He then laid out Mason and removed his mask, receiving a huge reaction from the crowd.

He then grabbed Mason and hit him with his signature move before picking up the HOG Heavyweight Championship belt, sending a clear message. Andrade intends to go after the HOG Title.

Andrade later affirmed his plans to win the title later on via social media. He wrote, “They eyes chido, they never lie!!! I’m here for one thing. HOG CHAMPIONSHIP 👀 @HOGwrestling @luchalibreonlin”

Andrade’s contract was terminated by WWE earlier in September. However, WWE reportedly enacted a one-year non-compete clause after Andrade appeared on AEW Dynamite on October 4, sending a cease-and-desist letter to AEW.

It appears Andrade was later cleared by WWE to appear at WWC, and now it looks like he’s being allowed to work in HOG as well. Some clips of Andrade’s appearance at the event are available below:
