Backstage Update on World Title Plans for AEW All In Texas

– Fightful Select has an update on AEW All In Texas scheduled for July. One of the top matches scheduled for the event will be a world title bout, with the reigning AEW World Champion facing the winner of the Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournament. Will Ospreay is going to face either Hangman Page or Kyle Fletcher in the finals of the men’s tournament at AEW Double or Nothing 2025.
According to Fightful, the winner of the tournament is being kept quiet internally by AEW. Multiple sources informed Fightful that both the main event of All In Texas, and the slated world title bout, are closely guarded secrets for the pay-per-view show. It’s unknown if that’s due to AEW officials not making a decision yet on the matchups, or if they are simply trying to keep them quiet for now.
Jon Moxley currently holds the AEW World Title. AEW All In Texas is scheduled for Saturday, July 12 at the Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. The show will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
