WWE Superstar Bronson Reed addressed his absence from weekly programming following last night’s episode of SmackDown.

The main event of last night’s SmackDown saw Jey Uso advance to the semifinals of the ongoing King of the Ring tournament at the expense of LA Knight, Royce Keys, and Finn Balor.

Shortly after Jey’s victory, Bronson Reed took to his Instagram Stories and sent a message to the WWE Universe, as he wrote:

“Yeah… Y’all really need me back.”

Notably, Jey Uso was the beneficiary of Reed suffering a distal bicep tear during his most recent match on WWE TV. Reed, Jey, and the OG El Grande Americano battled in an Elimination Chamber Triple Threat Qualifier on the February 23, 2026, episode of Monday Night RAW. During the match, Reed tore his biceps while attempting to break up a pinfall attempt.

As it turned out, Jey went on to win that match and book his spot in the Chamber match. Later, it was reported that Reed was the initial planned winner of that match. Reed subsequently underwent surgery and has since been on a comeback trial.

Meanwhile, Jey was replaced by Logan Paul in the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match after being laid out by The Vision on the following SmackDown.
