Indianapolis Unsure Of When They Will Get A Wrestlemania

Last year, WWE announced a new deal with the city of Indianapolis which will bring Wrestlemania, Royal Rumble and Summerslam there. The Rumble already happened earlier this year, but Summerslam and Wrestlemania have yet to be announced. Fightful Select reports that city officials in Indianapolis have ‘no clue when they will get Wrestlemania.

Wrestlemania 42 is set to happen in Las Vegas next spring, then Wrestlemania 43 will happen in Saudi Arabia. WWE has also promised that New Orleans a future Wrestlemania, after Wrestlemania 42 was originally planned for that city. New Orleans officials also aren’t sure when they’ll get the event, but said they will “believe it when they see it.”

Meanwhile, Minneapolis is getting Summerslam in 2026, so the soonest Indianapolis could get that is 2027. However, officials have noted that their relationship with WWE is positive after Wrestlepalooza.
