– It was previously reported that Jeff Hardy was arrested over the weekend for driving while impaired in Cameron County, North Carolina. According to TMZ, Hardy submitted to a breathalyzer after crashing his car. He blew .25, which is three times the legal limit. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 16th.
