Joe Hendry Explains His Current Absence

People are saying his name, but he hasn’t appeared lately. So what are we to believe about Joe Hendry?

Hendry caught on soon after his Raw debut with his earworm of a tune entitled “Can We Fire Logan Paul?” Fans who agreed, and even some who may not have, quickly learned to sing along. This not only earned him the expected wrath of Paul, but of the entire Vision faction, with Austin Theory delivering a beatdown to Hendry on the May 25th Raw.

He hasn’t been seen on TV since and that, according to Hendry, is why he’s been absent. Speaking with Early Bird Special (transcribed by Fightful), he said:

“Things are a little crazy right now. Logan’s injury happened, we thought he was going to be gone for a long time and he’s reappeared. I got attacked by Austin Theory with 87 chair shots, so I’m still recovering from that. Things are a little crazy at the moment.”

The explanation appears to be in character, so unless any further details emerge about a legit injury, it sounds like the storyline is being recalibrated around the actual injuries, or healing thereafter, in the Vision.

When he returns, perhaps we can expect a catchy new dis tune about Theory.
