John Cena Meets the ‘Black John Cena’ Brendan Cobbina

The viral sensation known as the “Black John Cena,” Brendan Cobbina, has finally gotten to meet and take a photo with the real John Cena. In a post on his Instagram Stories, Cobbina commented on getting to take a photo with Cena, writing “Mission Complete.”
Cobbinaa shared his photo taken with Cena, which he shared on his X account (see below). Cobbina received attention for his strong physical resemblance to Cena, with CNN even reporting him as Cena’s “black twin.” Cena himself took note of Cobbina on his own Instagram account several years ago.
Cobbina got the photo just in time, as Cena is poised to wrap up his WWE career soon. As previously noted, Cena is slated for his final Monday Night Raw appearance tomorrow night at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
At last week’s WWE Raw in Cena’s hometown of Boston, Cena defeated Dominik Mysterio to win the Intercontinental Title. Also, WWE is currently holding The Last Time Is Now Tournament to decide Cena’s final opponent. Cena will wrestle the winner of the tournament in his final match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13.
Cena’s last match takes place at the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC. It will air live on Peacock in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally. Cena is also scheduled for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames on Saturday, November 29.
