Lexis King Revealed As Not Cleared To Compete on WWE NXT

Lexis King is officially out of action, with the announcement on this week’s WWE NXT that he’s not cleared to compete. As noted, King took a hard knee to the face in an eight-man tag team match at Saturday’s NXT live event in Lakeland, Florida. It had been noted that he was feeling okay after the match, but Vic Joseph noted on Tuesday’s show that Kind was not medically cleared.
The reveal comes after it was confirmed that Elio LaFleur is also out of action. LaFleur was injured in the same NXT live event match and was reportedly in a sling. Tuesday’s show saw LaFleur and Eli Knight attacked by unknown individuals and Los Americanos took their place in the NXT Tag Team Championship #1 contenders tournament. They defeated The Culling and moved onto the finals, which will see them face two members of Birthright on next week’s episode of NXT at Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. King is a member of Birthright.
No word as of now on when either King or LaFleur will be back in action. On behalf of 411, our best wishes to both for a quick and full recovery.
