Note On Eddie Kingston After Pulling From Independent Dates
A new report has a bit more background on Eddie Kingston missing independent dates due to health issues. As reported earlier this week, the AEW star was not at this week’s episode of Dyanmite. Kingston also pulled from independent shows set for this weekend due to “severe migraine headaches” so he could tend to his health. Those events included a meet-and-greet for Pro Wrestling Junkie, who cited “medical issues” as Kingston’s reason for missing shows.
Fightful Select noted in their “Debunkathon” report for the week that Kingston has also missed the last couple of weeks of AEW tapings. Kingston last appeared on the February 7th episode of AEW Collision when he, Ortiz, and Dezmond Xavier & Zachary Wentz of The Rascalz defeated Big Bill, Bryan Keith, and the Grizzled Young Veterans in a parking lot fight.
There is no word on when Kingston may return to AEW TV. He is not advertised for this weekend’s episode of AEW Collison, nor next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite as of yet. The latter show has only one match set thus far, an AEW Women’s World Championship Match between champion Thekla and challenger Thunder Rosa.
On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Kingston on a quick and full reovery.
