August 15, 2013 | Posted by Joseph Lee

The Citizen reports that “Mr Wonderful” Paul Orndorff Jr.’s granddaughter Brooke (age 25 of Pamela Court) and son Paul Orndorff III (age 45 from Pamela Court) were arrested after the August 3 beating of a family acquaintance in her Fayetteville driveway. The male victim suffered a facial fracture. Sheriff Barry Babb said that Brooke was charged robbery and battery while Paul III was charged with party to the crime of robbery, party to the crime of battery and two counts of financial identity fraud. Babb said a warrant has been issued for theft for Cristy Ferraiuolo (age 45 from Pamela Court).

All of the charges come from an incident at the Orndorff home at 135 Pamela Court where the victim was assaulted and injured by Brooke. All of the people charged live at the home. The victim was dropping Brooke off when it started. She began to attack him while they were in his vehicle. The victim excited the vehicle, but Brooke followed and began punching him in the face while he was on the ground. The attack kept going. Paul Orndorff III was on the scene and told him not to get up while he was on the ground. The victim said he went along with it because he knew who Paul III was and was afraid of him.

The victim got in his car and drove away. The three who were arrested also said they had his wallet, which was taken by Ferraiuolo. Sheriff Babb said the victim suffered a facial fracture and various scratches and cuts. Before his arrest, Paul Orndorff III used the victim’s credit card twice. Paul III and Brooke are in custody while police are searching for Ferraiuolo.
