Ricochet & Mercedes Mone React to Ric Flair & Ricky Steamboat Attending AEW Blood & Guts Event

As previously reported, wrestling legends and Hall of Famers, Ricky Steamboat and Ric Flair, will be in attendance at this week’s AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts show. Now, AEW stars Ricochet and Mercedes Mone have commented on the legends’ upcoming appearance via social media.

Speaking on this week’s show, Ricochet wrote, “I’m better than both these old farts. #Ahaa 👑” Mercedes Mone later responded to Ricochet, writing, “Me too! 🤑 #UltimoMone”

As noted, this week’s Blood & Guts show is being held at the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina, a city where Flair and Steamboat had many battles in their heyday.

AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone is scheduled to compete in the first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts Match on Wednesday, November 12. She’ll be teaming with Marina Shafir, Megan Bayne, and the Triangle of Madness against the team of AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, Mina Shirakawa, Jamie Hayter, and Harley Cameron.

Ricochet last wrestled at the October 29 edition of AEW Dynamite, competing in a Fatal 4-Way Match against Samoa Joe, Bobby Lashley, and Hook. Joe won the bout to earn another shot at the AEW World Title. You can view Ricochet and Mercedes Mone’s comments about Flair and Steamboat below:
