Tammy Sytch Changes Plea To No Contest On DUI Manslaughter Charges
Tammy Sytch has changed her plea on charges of DUI manslaughter and more, entering a plea of no contest on Wednesday. TMZ reports that Sytch changed her plea from “not guilty” to “no contest” in a hearing on Wednesday on charges of DUI causing death, one felony count of driving with license suspended causing death, four misdemeanor counts of DUI with damage to a person, and two misdemeanor count of DUI with damage to property.
Sytch faced the charges in relationship to a car accident in March of 2022 in in Ormand Beach, Florida where 75 year-old Julian Lasseter was killed. The WWE Hall of Famer was charged in May and has been in jail since then. The case was set to go to trial next week.
The sentencing hearing has yet to be scheduled, but Sytch faces up to 25 years in prison on the charges she pled no contest to.
