Ted DiBiase Explains Why He Was Never Worried About Losing His Spot While Wrestling

On the latest episode of Everybody’s Got a Pod, WWE Hall of Famer Ted DiBiase talked about WCW holding Hog Wild at Sturgis, never being worried about whether someone was going to take his spot, and more. You can check out some highlights below:
On whether he liked WCW holding Hog Wild at Sturgis: “Yeah. Whose idea was this? There are A bunch of bikers who might just think wrestling is a show. They’re gonna put on a good show.”
On never being worried about his spot on the card: “Well not really. I’ll be honest with you, I was never really worried about my spot card. Because it’s very rare that I went anywhere after that first year and a half of Bill Watts, two years, whatever it was. And I think God, now that I started my career working for this guy, because I learned so much from Bill Watts, he was one of the greatest minds ever. As long as I knew that I was figured in because you can’t always be in the main event. You can’t be the main event every week. Sometimes you have to show like, you know, you have your run, and then and then you lose the championship, you know, then you may not be in the main event. But you’re not going to bea curtain jerker, right? You’re not going to be somewhat worse.”
