WWE Raw Reportedly Set for Three Hours on Netflix

– While WWE Raw is returning to a two-hour format for the first time since 2012 next month, it appears like the change will be short-lived, per a new report from F4WOnline.com‘s Dave Meltzer. During today’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer stated that WWE will be a three-hour show again when it moves to Netflix in January 2025.
Meltzer stated on the subject, “It’s a three-hour show when they move back to Netflix.” Additionally, Raw going back to a two-hour runtime in October was said to have been a call made by the USA Network. Meltzer continued, “Yeah, I got it confirmed a few minutes ago. The basic situation is — it was a USA Network call, not a WWE call.”
As previously noted, WWE and USA Network worked out a short-term deal to air Raw on USA Network from October to December as part of Raw’s transition to Netflix. Meanwhile, SmackDown will be moving to USA Network from FOX in on September 13.
WWE has not yet announced the runtime for Raw’s move to Netflix. WWE Raw makes its debut on the streaming platform on January 5, 2025.
