WWE Superstar JD McDonagh has reacted to his upcoming match at Madison Square Garden.
On last night’s SmackDown, Danhausen announced that he would be wrestling McDonagh at MSG at July 18’s Saturday Night’s Main Event.
This will be McDonagh’s first-ever singles match at The Garden. However, he isn’t exactly chuffed about making his singles debut against a “clown.”
JD vented his frustrations about the same on social media earlier today. He wrote:
“My first singles match at MSG, and I have to get in there with a clown. 🤡😤”

Danhausen and The Judgment Day have been at odds for the past several weeks. It all started when JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio approached him to curse Oba Femi in exchange for “human monies” ahead of Dom’s King of the Ring tournament semifinal. Danhausen ended up taking the money but refused to curse Femi. Later, he refused to return the money and electrocuted JD.
To make matters worse, he cursed Liv Morgan ahead of her Queen of the Ring tournament final against IYO SKY at Night of Champions. The Judgment Day has exacted some retribution this week, stealing Danhausen’s New York Knicks jersey and messing with his experiments. It will be interesting to see how this storyline plays out at MSG on July 18.
