Fast & Furious 10 Sets 2023 Release Date

The second to last film in the main Fast & Furious franchise has a release date set. Universal Pictures announced on Thursday that Fast & Furious 10 is set to release on April 7th, 2023.

That release date puts the film just under two years after the release of F9: The Fast Saga. The ninth film in the main series bowed on May 20th and, despite the pandemic, has grossed $681.6 million on a $200 million budget. Fast 10 will again be directed by Justin Lin. who will also direct the franchise finale in Fast & Furious 11. No official cast have been announced, but it is expected that Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang will reprise their roles in the film.

One person we know will not be back is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who was confirmed earlier this month to not be returning to the main series. His spinoff Hobbs & Shaw with Jason Statham is continuing with a sequel, while Charlize Theron’s character of Cipher has a spinoff in the works.
