AEW Releases Shirt for Former WWE NXT Superstar Marina Shafir

– Shop AEW has released a new official AEW shirt for former WWE NXT Superstar Marina Shafir, leading to speculation that she might now be signed by the company. Shafir recently made her AEW debut last month on Dark.

After the debut match, she thanked company president Tony Khan on Twitter, writing, “I am not owed a damn thing. Thank you @allelitewrestling and @TonyKhan for the opportunity. @callmekrisstat, problems are like shadows, and if you have a shadow, then you have a problem. Till next time.. #TheProblem”

Shafir appeared on two more subsequent episodes of AEW Dark after her initial loss to Kris Statlander. While AEW has not officially announced Shafir’s signing or released a “Marina Shafir Is #AllElite” graphic, it appears releasing a new official t-shirt for her indicates she has signed with the company.
