Welcome everyone to 411mania’s LIVE TNA Impact Coverage! Hello and thank you for joining us my name is Aaron Scott. The World Title Series has kicked off with the first four groupings as we saw clear cut winners in each grouping save Austin Aries and Ethan Carter III who went to a draw. Tonight we have another 16 competitors announced who will do combat in this 32 person round robin tournament. The current standings on the Leader Board so far are:

WE start off with Matt Hardy winning the World Title at Bound for Glory because Jeff Hardy attacked Ethan Carter III with a chair. EC3 files his injunction which led Matt to give up the title belt. As Billy Corgan announced, we needed a way to decide a new World Title Champion. The Series has begun as Group UK saw Drew Galloway beat Bram. Austin Aries and EC3 wrestled to a draw as Lashley speared Anderson to complete Group Champions.

We run down the matches tonight as Roode versus Storm of TNA Originals is your main event. But we kick things off with

Matt Hardy vs Davey Richards

World Title Series Match – Group Tag Team Specialists

Hardy and Davey with the arm and Matt locks the arm to stretch it over his shoulder and take on a headlock. Davey Richards hits the leapfrog and a dropkick, trip to take down, leg inside to roll and wrap in the leglace, Matt turns out and Davey with the fist. We go to the Split Screen Roundtable as Richards says his chances are as good as anyone else’s, he’s been through it and prefers to speak in the ring. Inside the ring Davey leaps off the top to land on the legs. Matt Hardy says he’s been to the top and he’s at the top of his game. Inside the ring Davey has rolled to the apron as Matt does battle, catches the leg and hits a Side Effect on the apron!

The fans chant “Hardy” as Matt sends Davey back inside, cover gets the two. Richards is hurting as Matt sends the man to the corner, snapmare and a sliding legdrop, once again and a third makes the hat trick. Cover, two, two only. Matt Hardy takes some punches but manages a sleeperhold on Richards as Referee Earl Hebner sees if there’s a submission. Sleeperhold drop and a two count again.

Matt in control, he sends Richards to the buckles and catches the legs, swinging Davey into the ropes and lands a modified Richochet Elbow outta the ring ropes. Davey has the cables for protection but Matt keeps him down. Matt to the second and beckons to the crowd- Diving Elbow to the back of the head! Suplex no! Davey turned it into a Backstabber! Richards is too hurt to take advantage for a cover!

Both men battle as Matt absorbs shot after shot and a running clothesline sends the man outside as Davey pulled the ropes! SUICIDE DIVE FROM RICHARDS! Matt sent inside as Davey to the top, MISSILE DROPKICK, KIP UP! Davey to the fans and Kick to the chest, stomach, guts! Handspring off the ropes Enzugiri to the face of Matt Hardy! The Damage Reflex!

Missed another kick and MAtt for the Twist of Fate, countered, Davey avoids and he hits a Backslide! Two Count only, Hardy for the Side Effect he lands it! Two Count! Matt is hurting and he signals for the Twist of Fate- no driven back into the corner and Richards sits him up top, punch to the face and up for the Superplex- Matt battling back, a series of headbutts and Davey lands hard! Matt jumps into a kick across his ribs! KAWADA KICK IN THE CORNER! EXPLODAH! DAVEY OFF THE TOP AND MISSED THE INVADER DOUBLE STOMP! Matt caught him, TWIST OF FATE!

Earlier in the X-Division roundtable, JB asked who will not advance. Mandrews says Tigre Uno. Uno gets asked the question and tells DJZ that he won’t. Zema is surprised, and says Mandrews won’t because he’s softer than baby’s breath. Manik says Mandrews is on the table and he can get on his skateboard and slide it on back. Back in Nashville Josh and Pope are talking about the X-Division who will compete next week. Pope predicts DJZ and Uno since they’re veterans.

Aiden O’Shea vs Kenny King

World Title Series Match – Group Wildcard

Aiden attacks King while he’s posing on the ropes! King brawls back and takes a rake to the face as the Irish Brawler begins a smashing combo of rights and jabs. King hammers back with elbows and gets sent headfirst into the buckles for his trouble. Aiden taunts him and goes the eyes, then sends King hard with the cross corner whip King rolls under a clothesline but falls for a second. Top elbow to the bridge of the nose as King is in pain.

King battles back as Aiden picks the man up and slams him into the buckles! Split Screen sees King tells Aiden he knows guys that like to get drunk and fight. Aiden says he’s been in a few and calls King too pretty fight, which King doesn’t disagree. Shera says he’s bigger, stronger and faster and Crazzy Steve is well, crazy with his horn. Inside the ring King hits the crucifix but Aiden regains control and the pickup to the drop. Kenny King is suffering as Aiden O’Shea goes to the crowd.

King goes for the guts and dropkicks the brawler, then hits the spinning heel kick as he comes off the ropes! King stays on the arm and goes for the Royal Flush pickup but Aiden goes to the eyes! King gets sent to the outside and flies with a springboard somersault blockbuster! The rollup and pinfall!

Backstage Eric Young talks about how the World Title is all he’s ever cared about. In 2015 he ruled the World Title and everyone knows it. Next up, he faces Abyss and he has beaten him before, he will pull down the mask and reveal that he can beat him again. EY is ready to become the Champion again.

We look at a video promo of the main event, TNA Originals facing, the former Beer Money in Storm and Roode. It showed how Storm won the title and Roode turned on him to become the longest reigning TNA World Champion.

Davey Richards says he’s not here to make excuses. Tonight, Matt was the best. Richards will come back hungrier. Short but sweet, Davey Richards is ready to take on his other opponents. Matt Hardy has three points and is on his way to becoming World Champion. LIVE later tonight via Skype, EC3 will speak on the World Title Series. Backstage Pope and Josh play Tinder with the competitors in the TNA Originals. Pope says Abyss will win and Eric Young will lose. Pope says Storm will lose and Roode will win, earlier this week they sat down with JB. It’s the Roundtable with Group TNA Originals.

Roode says EY is least likely to go forward. He’s known Eric Young for 20 years, but the man lost his mind. His mental incapacity will screw him over. Eric says Roode just made it personal and that’s why he’s picking him to lose because he will put him out. James Storm thinks a bit and says it’s a loaded gun question. He says Abyss won’t survive because he can’t walk straight without someone to tell him where to go. He will cut him down if they face off. Abyss says it is mutual, Storm came to him and promised things that didn’t happen! Abyss quiets down and tells Storm he’s the least likely to advance, and he says he will take full opportunity to take him out.

World Title Series Match – Group TNA Originals

Eric jumps Abyss from behind, sending the man into the buckles! EY shoved away and run over by the Monster. Abyss with the charging splash in the corner, has the goozle and EY biting his fingers!

Young is railing on Abyss but gets sent outside! Abyss heads out to go after EY, smashing the head. He clocks Young again and takes a rake to the face. EY sends Abyss to the apron and sends him at the stairs but Abyss blocks and sends Eric into the steel! Abyss stalks Young and charges shoulder-first into the ringpost! EY sends Abyss in but manages an elbow to the man’s neck and a jumping stomp off the ropes to the man’s head across the apron. Eric keeps on the head, and finally breaks the count.

Eric is in and stepping on Abyss, foot to the neck and a leg choke over the second rope. Eric plays to the fans and attacks a running Abyss. He comes off the second rope but Abyss catches the goozle and throws the man to catch him for a fallaway slam! Abyss runs over EY twice and hits a high backdrop! Goozle to Young but Eric goes low – but gets caught! EY kicks out of the Chokeslam!

Both athletes are down as Abyss and EY try to regain their senses. Abyss goes to the outside to search for Janice, he has it and Pope says this is when things go wrong. Hebner grabs it away and EY nails the lowblow! He goes to the very top and drops the Top Rope Elbow but Abyss kicked out!

Eric tries for the Piledriver but Abyss tosses him! BLACK HOLE SLAM!!!

We go to Josh Matthews and ETHAN CARTER III LIVE VIA SKYPE.

Carter says he was not defeated, he was robbed of, the TNA World Heavyweight Title. His injunction worked but not the way he expected. There was collusion between Dixie and the Hardys. The series is great, but it should not be happening because he should still be the World Champion. Matthews says the match with Aries went to a time limit draw. Ethan says that’s not a big deal as Aries is a workhorse like he is. He got a point, that Austin couldn’t beat him. Josh talks about the 8 Ball, Ethan calls him out for his stupid billiards reference, shaking the magic 8 Ball and says he can beat Lashley because the series isn’t over till he wins. Even LIVE via Skype Ethan Carter III is still tremendous.

EY says the WORLD IS AGAINST HIM. Abyss, the company, the fans. But this is one battle in the world. Look in his eyes. Does he look like he’s joking, lying, doesn’t believe what he’s saying.

Abyss says tonight was his night, Roode, Storm- you two will meet the same fate. The Monster is back and you better bet your damn life on it!

Robbie E vs Eddie Edwards

World Title Series Match – Group Tag Team Specialists

Robbie E and Eddie Edwards shake hands, code of honor and lockup, go behind by Robbie. Split Screen Roundtable Eddie says Robbie has turned over a new leaf. E says he’s definitely moving forward. In the ring Robbie is in control as Eddie rolls and flips out of a wristlock to take control. Eddie has Robbie in the corner and follows with the elbow! Robbie catches him to slam the toss and Eddie kicks out!

Eddie slides under, matrixes the lariat and atomic drop then a running knee! Two count only!

Crash in the corner and Eddie misses a spear into the turnbuckle post! Robbie charges along the floor with a clothesline! Eddie is down at ringside! Robbie E with the lunge in the corner, running clothesline kickout at two. Split Screen Roundtable sees Matt Hardy picks Robbie he is the least likely and he knows that. In the ring Robbie has another cover and only gets a two. Pope agrees with Hardy that Robbie is not a favorite and he tries to prove everyone wrong.

Hurricanrana from Eddie! KICK to the face sending Robbie off the apron to the floor! Eddie misses the baseball slide and lands an elbow, both run and double clothesline sends them down!

The Ref is counting as both trade punches and a KNIFE EDGE from Eddie! E misses the lariat and takes chops as Eddie kicks E and gets caught in the Boom Drop! KICKOUT!! Fans are clapping as Pope points out the cover was wrong, Robbie E for the Death Drop sent for the snapmare, Robbie to the top and takes a kick, Piggyback Stunnah gets a two!

Eddie keeps the leg and turns it into a single leg crab! Eddie takes a kneelift, but manages a knee enzugiri! He hits the Death Drop and stacks the man to pull off the upset!

Handshake after the match and Eddie and Robbie look forward to facing the rest of their group.

Video review of Beer Money dissolving as Bobby Roode lost his title to Austin Aries, but finally beat Lashley for the second title win, and lost it back to Lashley. Roode beat PJ Black for the King of the Mountain Championship. Backstage, Roode says he is the KOTM Champion, but that doesn’t mean he’s forgotten about the World Title. The TNA Originals helped build this company from the ground up. Who have held more gold than anyone on the roster. James and Roode have more history than anyone. They know each other better than they know themselves. The question tonight is who wants it more. Roode says it’s him.

Moments Ago, Robbie E landed the Boom Drop but it took at Death Drop to take out Edwards.

Backstage Robbie E says people laugh and giggle, and he was a two time Championship. He won the title at the biggest pay per view of the year, he won the titles in Japan, and he was the X-Division Champion. This division is tag team wrestlers, and he’s a very good singles wrestler. BOOM.

Eddie is surprised, safe to say he regrets mocking Robbie E. He says they’ll do battle again, and it won’t end the same way. Robbie E got him tonight.

Pope and Matthews talk about Robbie E and say no one would have imagined that the Wolves would have ended up with zero points each. They shift to talking about Group Future Four, Pope talks up Godderz and Eli Drake as we go to Future 4 Roundtable. Eli Drake says he has a problem with being introduced last. He doesn’t like that there’s no one with gold. The only thing anyone needs to worry about his ELI DRAKE. JB asks about personal issues, and Drake says Micah doesn’t like him and he doesn’t know who he is. Godderz tells the Crimson that he’s the biggest but he will beat him. Crimson says Drake runs his mouth and he’s been to war. Micah agrees, and Crimson says Drake’s mouth is too big, and Godderz’s ego is too big. He says the son of Haku is coming with him to the next round.

Mahabali Shera vs Crazzy Steve

World Title Series Match – Group Wildcard

Shera keeps Khoya on his trunks to remind him of what James Storm tried to do. Steve does pushups and goes for a test of strength. Shera rips the hand over, takes a kick to the knee. Steve runs into a shoulderblock, and Shera sends him into the buckles and plows him down with a clothesline. Mahabali picks up Steve for the snake eyes but gets sent into the corner. Steve climbs up to choke and ducks some clotheslines, dropkick to the neck!

Monkey leap to bite, gets taken up and SKY HIGH!

Shera has three points, Crazzy Steve has zero points.

Video shows James Storm beating Kurt Angle but Bobby Roode turning on him to steal the belt with a beer bottle. Storm tried to rebuild a team called The Revolution but was so abusive he drove his stable away. Now Storm walks alone as he looks to regain the TNA World Title. Storm does BEER!

Roode says nope.

Head games nonwithstanding, Roode and Storm lock up to the corner, Referee Stifler pulls them back. “Let’s Go Cowboy!” chants as James yells at them to shut up! “NO!NO!NO!” chants. Lockup! Storm has Roode in the corner, shove from the clean break. Roode wraps the standing side headlock, sent to the ropes running shoulder! James slides out as Roode paces in the ring.

Storm hits a kneelift from the grapple and headlock as he yells to the fans to shut up. Roode takes a shoulder and then James eats a back elbow. Roode has the mount in the corner but gets taken into an atomic drop, Roode hits the dropkick into Storm! James rolls outside and is not happy.

Roode grabs James by the hair from the ring and Storm counters then goes back to taunting the fans. Roode goes outside across the ring holding his eye as Storm attacks, Roode sends him into the barricade! Bobby sends James inside as Storm has the Referee and mule blows Roode in the gonads!

James Storm sends the kicks in fire in the corner and steps on the throat of his former tag team partner. James snapmares Bobby and wraps the chinlock. Wearing Roode down, Storm ignores the cheers for Bobby a Roode powers up. Storm strikes Roode, spinning back kick as Roode sent off the ropes and Storm with the Ricochet style Elbow, two count only.

Storm hits the Eye of the Hurricane and wrenches at the face, distracted by the Ref and again to the eyes in the corner! Snapmare from The Cowboy and kneedrop through the air, lands again and only gets two. Storm again with the lock in the center of the ring. Roode fights to get free, shaking and struggling but Storm cuts him down. Wrap to the neck and Storm looks to be putting Roode out.

Five Minutes remaining in the match.

Josh says a sense of urgency should begin to settle in now, the fans have dueling chants for the Originals. Roode slams the fist and again, off the ropes ducks the lariat, kick to the top of the head, kicked around, trading waistlocks, rolls from the Gedo Roll and DOUBLE R SPINEBUSTER! TWO COUNT ONLY!!

Irish Whip reversed, but Storm runs into a boot! BLOCKBUSTER OFF THE BUCKLES BY ROODE AND TWOOO!!

Suplex ducked, clothesline ducked, STORM WITH THE TILT A WHIRL HEADSCISSORS!

JAMES STORM WITH THE PIN! TWO COUNT!!

Storm to the outside, tosses a chair inside and charging takes a kick! Roode with the chair! The Ref says no and STORM SAYS HE NEEDS MORE COWBELL!

ONE TWO NO!!!

James Storm is upset- measuring the man and misses Last Call! Kicks instead and EYE OF THE STORM- NO!! ROODE FOR THE FISHERMAN BUSTER!
