CMLL’s Zandokan Jr. Says Knee Surgery Was Successful

Zandokan Jr. has undergone successful knee surgery, as the CMLL star announced on Thursday. Zandokan suffered a knee injury at CMLL’s September 12th show, and he took to Instagram on Thursday to share a photo of himself in a hospital bed, posing for the camera.
Zandokan wrote:
Thank God the operation was successful. I’ll be back with you all soon! KING OF THE WORLD BASTARDS.”
Zandokan was part of the MLW Opera Cup and defeated Blue Panther in a first-round match. He worked a few matches after his injury but was eventually replaced by Star Jr. There is currently no timetable for his return to the ring.
