Darby Allin Makes Return On AEW Dynamite, Goes After Kevin Knight
Darby Allin is back on AEW TV and out for revenge, as he went after Kevin Knight on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. Allin showed up on tonight’s show for the first time since AEW Double or Nothing, surprising the TNT Champion and newest member of the Don Callis Family after Knight cut an in-ring promo.
Knight was talking about MJF and trying to call the World Champion down to the ring when Allin snuck into the ring behind Knight. Allin nailed Knight with a skateboard, then said that he hoped New York was worth it for Knight. Allin was referencing Knight’s heel turn at the end of Double or Nothing where, after MJF beat Allin for the title, Knight delivered a frog splash to Allin on a stretcher.
Allin then hit a Coffin Drop on Knight and skedaddled before the Don Callis Family could make it down to the ring. You can see clips from the AEW Dynamite segment below.
This was Allin’s first appearance on TV since Double Or Nothing.
