Kenny Omega Teases New Entrance for Wrestle Dynasty

– Former AEW World Champion and IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega makes his long-awaited in-ring return tomorrow at Wrestle Dynasty, where he’ll be facing Gabe Kidd. Ahead of the event, Omega teased that he’ll be debuting a new entrance for his return to the Tokyo Dome, featuring a new song from Masayoshi Soken, the composer of such games as Final Fantasy XIV and XVI. The song will also features vocals by Jason Miller and a voice by legendary composer Nobuo Uematsu.

Kenny Omega wrote on social media, “Before my return tomorrow, I want to announce that I’m debuting a new entrance at the Tokyo Dome. A new song created by the amazing Final Fantasy 14 & 16 composer Masayoshi Soken, with vocals by Jason Miller and a special voice by the legendary Nobuo Uematsu. I hope you enjoy.”

This will be Omega’s first match in a little over a year. He last wrestled on AEW Collision in December 2023. He also recently made his AEW TV return last weekend, appearing at AEW Worlds End.

Wrestle Dynasty is scheduled for Sunday, January 5 at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan. The event will feature stars from AEW, NJPW, ROH, CMLL, and STARDOM. It will stream on NJPW World and TrillerTV.
