More Details On Big Swole Leaving AEW – Deal Expired Last Month

As previously reported, Big Swole announced that she is leaving AEW and that it was a mutual decision between her and the company. Fightful Select reports that the deal was not ended early. Swole’s contract with AEW had always been set to end in November, both parties just decided not to renew it.

Swole had been absent from AEW several times this year, which kept her out of action. She hasn’t wrestled since September and didn’t appear at many tapings. She has been public about her issues with Crohn’s Disease in the past. There is no heat or any reason why things would have ended on bad terms.

Wade Keller of PW Torch recently said that AEW has a “wave of contracts” expiring in the next few months.
