Ricochet Discusses How He Felt About Being Booked on WWE Speed

– During a recent interview with Unlikely with Adrian Hernandez, Ricochet discussed being booked on WWE and becoming WWE Speed Champion closer to the end of his WWE run. Below are some highlights (via WrestlingInc.com):

“You’ve got to look at everything as an opportunity, and if you don’t, then I think you’re already kind of defeated. You have to look at everything — especially, you know, they [WWE] were putting something into this, and I wanted to be a part of building something again, making it as big as possible. I like that feeling. So, again, any opportunity you get, you’ve got to strike, and that’s kind of the way I see it. That applies to everything: life, wrestling, everything.”

Ricochet became the inaugural WWE Speed Champion, winning the title in April of last year. He later lost it to Andrade. Ricochet left WWE in June 2024, later signing with AEW.
