Roxanne Perez Credits Her Training at the WWE Performance Center
– During a recent interview with The Masked Man Show, WWE NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez discussed the training she receives at the NXT Performance Center. She said on the subject (via WrestlingInc.com):
“It just shows how much the Performance Center really, truly works because they have these athletes coming in, and within a year, they’re so good already. [Parker] is already coming after my NXT Women’s Championship. And I honestly can’t wait to get in there with her and see what she’s got because like I said, she’s only been doing it I think for like a year, which is pretty insane to me. But she’s still not on the level of ‘The Prodigy.'”
Perez will be defending her NXT Women’s Championship later tonight at NXT No Mercy against Jaida Parker. WWE NXT No Mercy is scheduled for tonight at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. It will be broadcast live on Peacock.
