AEW President and CEO Tony Khan addressed the audience after last night’s taping of Dynamite and Collision from San Antonio, Texas.

According to PWInsider, Khan expressed his gratitude toward fans for their passion and promised that he would find a way to schedule a pay-per-view in the city in the future.

While Khan admitted that nothing was scheduled as of yet, given the manner in which the crowd reacted last night, he’d find a way to come back “again and again” for future tapings.

The October 22, 2025, edition of the company’s flagship show, Dynamite, emanated from the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio, Texas. The show addressed the fallout from last weekend’s WrestleDream PPV, which took place in St. Louis, Missouri.

The show was headlined by the AEW Unified Championship match between defending champion Kazuchika Okada and Bandido. The bout proved to be a pulsating back-and-forth affair, with Okada eventually retaining his gold after nailing his trademark Rainmaker on the reigning ROH World Champion.

The show also saw AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander accept Mercedes Mone’s challenge for the upcoming Full Gear PPV. We also saw reigning AEW World Champion Hangman Page make a promise to Samoa Joe when he declared that he would ruin The Samoan Submission Machine’s life

Speaking of Samoa Joe, the veteran and his Opps stablemates managed to retain the World Trios Championship against The Hurt Syndicate. The show also saw Kyle O’Reilly defeat Jon Moxley via DQ. The night continued to get worse for The Death Riders, as the heel faction lost a trios match to Roderick Strong and The Conglomeration. Additionally, The Young Bucks teased an alliance with FTR in their bid to get some much-needed cash should they defeat JetSpeed and Jurassic Express.

Meanwhile, the brackets for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship were also revealed last night. The tournament will get underway next Wednesday.

The Tony Khan-led company also taped the October 25 edition of Collision last night.
