Update On Stephanie Vaquer’s Injury Status

Stephanie Vaquer was written off of WWE TV on Monday night’s episode of Raw due to an injury, and a new report has an update on her status. As noted, Vaquer was written off by virtue of an attack by the Judgment Day that targeted her shoulder. Michael Cole announced later in the show that sustained a second-degree AC shoulder sprain and could be out for a while, which was to cover a legitimate injury.
According to Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select Vaquer is out “for the foreseeable future” and there is no set timetable for her return. There was speculation internally within WWE that she would be out for a minimum of six weeks, but the key word there is “speculation” and is not confirmed.
The report notes that there is some optimism that Vaquer could be back in time for WWE SummerSlam, which takes place on August 1st and 2nd at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. However, that is not a guarantee at this time.
Vaquer lost the Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan on night two of WrestleMania 42. Details on the nature of her injury are still not yet known at this time.
On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Stephanie Vaquer for a quick and full recovery.
