Updated Card for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door Following AEW Dynamite

AEW has an updated lineup for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door following this week’s episode of Dynamite. As noted, Mercedes Mone earned a spot in the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament finals when she defeated Hazuki. The finals are set for the PPV.

In addition, MJF and Mark Briscoe announced their teams for their steel cage match at the PPV. MJF’s team will feature Don Callis Family members Kevin Knight, Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Jake Doyle, and Andrade El Idolo. Meanwhile, Briscoe’s team will be Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong, Orange Cassidy, Darby Allin, and Konosuke Takeshita. Team MJF went on to defeat Team Briscoe in a non-cage match in the main event of the show.

Two new matches were also announced, as Jon Moxley will defend the AEW Continental Championship against Bandido. Plus, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage will put their AEW World Tag Team Titles on the line against David Finlay and Clark Connors of The Dogs.
