Tribute House Publishing Releases New Book by Former Pro Wrestler Ron Martinelli, ‘Heaven, Iron and I – The Ron Martinelli Story’, an Amazing Message of Hope, Perseverance and Enduring Faith

DETROIT, Jan. 13, 2011 — /PRNewswire/ — A new book titled “Heaven, Iron and I – The Ron Martinelli Story” has been written and published by former professional wrestler Ron Zuccaro.
Zuccaro wrestled professionally in the 1970s and 1980s under several names – most notably as Ron Martinelli, The Banditos and The Destroyers. During his career with the CWA, NWA, WCW, the WWF and many other wrestling organizations, he wrestled such greats as Andre the Giant, George The Animal Steele, Haystacks Calhoun, Bobo Brazil, Randy Savage, The Sheik, Dick the Bruiser, The Mighty Igor and more!
At the height of his career he suffered a near fatal, career ending injury when a truck ran him through a brick wall, crushing his legs and lower torso, sending him to the hospital ICU and putting him in a wheelchair for what should have been the rest of his life.
Doctors said he’d never walk again – only for him to prove them wrong! Not only did Zuccaro walk again, but also went back to his professional wrestling career winning the CWA World Title!
“Heaven, Iron and I – The Ron Martinelli Story” is a message of hope, perseverance and enduring faith. This amazing story chronicles Zuccaro’s time in U.S. Military service as he joined the U.S. Army, Navy and Marines.
Zuccaro served an extended tour of duty in Vietnam from 1966-1968. He describes flashbacks he had during his hospital stay of the different battles and life experiences he had while in Vietnam. They are truly the highlight of the book. Many readers have expressed their amazement at the detail he goes into when telling of his exploits – they describe feeling as though they were there themselves.
The book is published by Tribute House Publishing and is currently available in bookstores such as Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, LuLu.com, as well as via his website www.RonZuccaro.com. It is also available in e-book format in the Kindle store.
