The 2015 411 Wrestling Hot 100

September 23, 2015 | Posted by Steve Cook

Hi, hello and welcome to the 6th 411 Wrestling Hot 100! I’m Steve Cook, and the day has finally arrived. It’s been a long time coming for sure. Thanks to everybody for being patient, and thanks to everybody for all your support through the years. As I’ve mentioned on various podcasts, this year’s Hot 100 will be my last. 411 might bring it back with somebody else & I’m sure the others that have sprung up over the years will continue, but this is the last Wrestling Hot 100 that I’ll produce. The length of time it took me to produce this one proves that it’s time to step aside. I don’t have the time necessary to devote to such a product as ranking every woman in the wrestling business. Nor do I have the desire to piss off almost every woman in the wrestling business by ranking them in some kind of an order where they aren’t at or near the top. So it’s been a good run, but it’s time for me to find something else to do with my free time.

I had to do one last one though, as part of my contract with 411mania that required me to produce a certain number of Hot 100 lists. You always have to look at the fine print when signing contracts with Internet wrestling websites.

I liked my explanation of the rankings from last year so much that I’m using it again this year. It seemed to clarify things for people, at least as far as I could tell.

Every year I get questions from readers wondering what exactly the criteria are for the Hot 100. It’s difficult to explain what exactly goes though my mind while compiling this list, but I’ll do my best right now:

Looks – Yup, looks are a huge factor. They always are in pro wrestling whether you’re talking about women or men. They open doors for people that may be lacking in other areas & they can close doors to people that aren’t seen as cosmetically appealing. Of course, attractiveness is subjective. What I see as visually attractive might not be the same as you, the reader. Some people like blondes. Some people like brunettes. Some people like a ton of tattoos on a woman, some people don’t. Some people like skinny girls, others like them with meat on the bones. There are guys that like T & others that prefer A. This is probably the most objective part of the criteria & leads to the most complaints, but you’ll never get a group of people to completely agree on what is or isn’t attractive.

Ability – Yes, ability matters a bit. This has been a point of some contention for many readers over the years, but I can’t rate people that I don’t enjoy watching on television very high. If a lady can have good matches or cut promos that make us interested in her character, she should usually be rated higher than others that can’t. Of course, a list based purely on in-ring ability would look a lot different from this one.

Exposure – Girls working for WWE or TNA are easy to notice and almost guaranteed a spot on this list. There are exceptions, but for the most part it’s easier for a mid-range talent in the mainstream promotions to make the list than a girl that might be prettier or a better wrestler but doesn’t work somewhere that wrestling fans pay attention to. I’ve tried to address this in the past by asking for suggestions from people, but people tend to ignore me until the list comes out and their favorite local girl is nowhere to be found.

Potential – I’ve always liked girls with upside. It’s like how NBA scouts judge talent heading into the NBA Draft…it’s great if I know what a person brings to the table, but if a person improves throughout the year and doesn’t seem to have reached their ceiling, that increases their stock. This one doesn’t matter as much, but can serve as a tiebreaker.

So those are the main things that go into the ranking, but are there other things that play a role?

Personal Bias? – As an esteemed member of the Internet Wrestling Communiity, I try to limit that as much as possible. Wow, that sounds pretentious.

411 Bias? – Girls that appear in 411 columns or on 411 podcasts are easier for me to notice than ones that aren’t, so that naturally helps their chances of getting on the list. Doesn’t mean anything as far as their ranking goes, but they’re more likely to make the list than a girl wrestling outside of a media epicenter that doesn’t promote themselves on the Internet.

And now…the list!

100. Andrea

You might remember Rosie Lottalove from her run in TNA back in 2010. Well, she’s back in pro wrestling after a two year absence & after losing over 120 pounds. As somebody that has problems losing 5 pounds I find that impressive. She’s mostly been working in Florida-based promotions & took part in a WWE tryout in June.

99. Amanda Rodriguez

Amanda started out in North Carolina and has been active in the Queens of Combat promotion. She’s branched out to the Northeast & Florida recently.

98. Hania the Howling Huntress

Hania has come up short of winning multiple singles championships over the past year, but her win streak in WSU of late indicates she’ll be in the hunt for gold sooner rather than later.

97. Aspyn Rose

Aspyn is a wrestling mermaid. Being a mermaid is pretty much all you need to be on this list. This protege of Jay Lethal competes in Queens of Combat & other promotions.

96. Alexia Nicole

Alexia is the smallest wrestler on this list and probably the youngest as well, but what she lacks in size & experience she makes up for in toughness. She mostly competes in Canada and also appears in AIW & AAW.

95. Ashley Mason

She might not have made it on Tough Enough, but Ashley’s out to prove she’s tough enough to make it in the wrestling business. She’s training hard & doing some backstage interviewing in the Northeast.

94. Stacy Thibault

Stacy started wrestling last year in her home province of Quebec & has mostly wrestled there so far. I think we’ll be seeing more of her in other places sooner or later.

93. Deonna Purrazzo

Deonna recently appeared in Ring of Honor in a match against Mandy Leon & has spent some time in Ohio Valley Wrestling learning the craft from Rip Rodgers. I think she needs to sleaze it up a bit if she really wants to follow in the Hustler’s footsteps though.

92. Leah Von Dutch

Leah missed some time this year due to injury, but recently came back to hunt down more dinosaurs in Shine Wrestling & indies across North America.

91. Taya Valkyrie

Taya is currently the AAA Reina de Reinas champion and has held the title since TripleMania XXII in August 2014. She’s the first foreigner to hold the title & also won the female division of the Mr. Mexico bodybuilding contest.

90. Sassy Stephie

Stephie led the United States of America to victory over hated Canada in Smash Wrestling’s CANUSA Classic recently. One of the indy scene’s most reliable vets.

89. JoJo

JoJo isn’t on Total Divas any more, but she’s been ring announcing on SmackDown & Main Event, and doing backstage interviews. Apparently she’s half the size of Stephanie McMahon.

88. Allysin Kay

Allysin is active in pretty much any indy that has a women’s division at this point. She recently became one of the top faces in Shine Wrestling when she decided not to be part of a merger of heel factions.

87. Christina Von Eerie

CVE has been wrestling across the world, which makes her a good fit to appear in Global Force Wrestling. She’s currently wrestling all over California.

86. KC Spinelli

KC is big in Paraguay as part of the Luchando promotion. She got her start in her native country of Canada and recently returned there after some time south of the equator.

85. Havok

Havok ran roughshod through TNA for several months, running over everybody in her path until facing Awesome Kong. No shame in not being able to destroy Kong. She’s back in the indies now, there were rumors some months ago she was heading to WWE but that fell through.

84. Jenny Rose

Jenny has been touring in Japan with Pro Wrestling Diana lately. She seems to go back & forth between the U.S. & Japan year by year, which would probably be a pretty fun way to live.

83. Nikki Storm

Nikki was part of TNA’s British Boot Camp II show & wrestles all across the world, including her home of Scotland.

82. Allie Parker

Allie has had quite the eventful year. She’s successfully recovered from donating her kidney to her brother & is back kicking butt & taking names in pro wrestling & MMA.

81. Portia Perez

Portia has been a reliable part of SHIMMER & Canadian wrestling promotions for quite some time. She & Nicole Matthews came up short in their most recent attempt for the SHIMMER tag team titles.

80. Ray Lyn

Ray Lyn trained in Ohio Valley Wrestling & regularly appears in the corner of fellow OVW alum Dylan Bostic.

79. Heidi Lovelace

Heidi was the first woman to win CHIKARA’s Young Lions Cup, winning the tournament in December 2014. She went to Japan’s STARDOM promotion to hone her craft & wrestles all across the Midwest, Northeast & probably other parts of the US.

78. Renee Michelle

Renee started out in Maryland with Duane Gill a couple of years ago & her career’s taken off from there. She recently went to Japan to work for the Marvelous joshi promotion for a few months.

77. Chelsea Diamond

Chelsea has carved out a niche for herself in Japan with the STARDOM promotion. She’s part of the trios tag team champions & utilizes an old school style that’s popular with the fans.

76. Solo Darling

Solo has been working in women’s divisions all over the Northeast & appeared on TNA’s Knockouts Knockdown show. Her tag team with Heidi Lovelace didn’t have much success in the win column but was plenty popular.

75. Dana Adiva

It seems like the place that Dana is most active in is Anderson, Indiana. Not as far away as I would have expected. She had her first match on MTV & should be back on cable TV at some point.

74. Crazy Mary Dobson

Mary has been down to Orlando & appeared on a couple of NXT shows working against Becky Lynch & Bayley. WWE may be in her future, but until then she’s teaming with or wrestling against Madman Pondo in a ton of places. Pondo in WWE would never happen but would be really fun.

73. Thea Trinidad

Thea has been a big part of Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore promotion & appeared in Austin Aries’ corner for his return to Ring of Honor. She occasionally appears at WWE shows & rumors abound that she may head there permanently.

72. Cameron

Cameron’s been off the radar for the last few months after the Funkadactyl split. She is no longer a main character on Total Divas, but apparently Creative is working on something for her. Maybe they are. She’s working on her music career as well.

71. Sarah Stock

Known as Sarita in TNA & as Dark Angel in Mexico & other points abroad for years, Sarah has stepped aside from active competition to train the Divas at the Performance Center. They’re in good hands.

70. Mickie James

Mickie returned to TNA in January 2015 & joined her fiance Magnus in feuds with Bram & James Storm. They left TNA to join Global Force Wrestling in July, though I’m not sure there’s a difference between the promotions at this point in time.

69. Brittany Blake

Brittany’s a CZW graduate that regularly appears on their Dojo Wars shows & has begun branching out to other promotions in the Northeast & Midwest to gain more experience. She dressed up as Rowdy Roddy Piper for a tag team match in August…I’m sure Hot Rod would have approved.

68. Layla

Layla retired from in-ring competition in June after spending most of the previous year inactive. There was a feud with Summer Rae over who should dance with Fandango until they both realized that dancing with Fandango was kind of a waste of time. I assume once Layla realized that dancing with Fandango was the most she could do in 2014-15, she retired. I don’t blame her.

67. Jade Chung

After being inactive for years after her runs in ROH & PWG, Jade has re-emerged in the Superkick’D promotion in Ontario. As you can tell, she’s endearing herself to that audience in her managerial role.

66. Dana Brooke

Dana reminds most observers of a young Beth Phoenix. She may or may not have raided her closet, but the look is definitely similar. She debuted in NXT in April and has been teaming with Emma.

65. Rosa Mendes

Rosa went from being Fandango’s dance partner to managing Adam Rose. I’m still not sure whether that was an upgrade or downgrade, but it’s no matter as she recently announced that she’s pregnant.

64. Christy Hemme

Christy had her first child this year & is currently part of TNA’s creative team. Being part of creative is a tough gig, especially in a company like TNA where people are coming & going constantly.

63. Marti Belle

Marti appeared in TNA this year as part of Taryn Terrell’s Dollhouse. Years ago some fella hyped her up to me in an e-mail after one of these Hot 100 columns saying that she was going places. He was right.

62. Katarina Leigh

It’s been too long since we’ve seen Katie Lea Burchill or Winter in the major promotions, but Katrina still wrestles often in California when she isn’t acting.

61. Angelina Love

Angelina & Velvet Sky’s alliance came to a halt when Velvet got a Fired briefcase. Once Velvet came back she was mad at Angelina & eventually beat her to get her job back. Now Angelina is gone, off from TNA for maternity leave.

60. Jennifer Blake

Jennifer’s been wrestling in AAA for most of the past several years but returned home to Canada this year & has been wrestling there the past several months.

59. Shazza McKenzie

Shazza has been the PWWA Champion for most of the past year & wrestles all over Australia. She occasionally makes appearances in America, but unlike many of her fellow Aussie wrestlers she isn’t making her home here yet.

58. Carmella

Most NXT tag teams have a female associate nowadays, and Carmella is alligned with Enzo & Big Cass. She could use some more training in the ring, and will certainly get some, but her character definitely fits in with that group.

57. Jessie Belle

Jessie wrestles all over the south & has caused a lot of problems in Ohio Valley Wrestling this year. She wrestles in the north occasionally but doesn’t seem to like it very much.

56. Chelsea Green

Chelsea was added to the Tough Enough cast after the departure of Dianna Dahlgren. The Lance Storm trainee came up short, but impressed people by fighting through an ankle injury.

55. Alicia Fox

Alicia spent most of this year trying to form alliances with other Divas. Her attempt at friendship with Paige didn’t work out, but she was able to join up with Nikki & Brie Bella to form Team Bella. That way they can feud with Team BAD & PCB and it can be all like Gang Wars/Dragon Gate/Stable Warfare.

54. Amber O’Neal Gallows
I don’t know how the Bullet Club merchandise money is split, but Amber & Luke Gallows should be building a pretty good nest egg at this point. Amber’s become a bigger part of the Bullet Club this year, joining Luke & Karl Anderson in their feud with Maria Kanellis & the Kingdom in NJPW.

53. Stephanie McMahon

Stephanie & her placement on any list of this type will always be divisive, as many can’t separate their perception of what she’s like backstage with her performances on television. I can’t really judge that, what I can say is that I don’t care for her role as the typical heel authority figure (that’s nice in NXT) but I don’t mind seeing her play it.

52. Naomi

Naomi got some really cool shoes this year. Sure, she did a lot of other interesting things, like split up the Funkadactyls, form Team BAD & challenge for the Divas championship, but I think most of us will remember the cool shoes more than anything else. And they’re some really cool shoes.

51. Nicole Matthews

One of the most decorated tag team wrestlers in SHIMMER, Nicole finally broke through in the singles ranks by defeating Cheerleader Melissa in a four-way match for their championship. She also held ECCW’s male singles title on two occasions in the past year.

50. Mary Elizabeth Monroe

Mary Elizabeth is full of positivity. A very attractive quality. She’s all over the indies in the Midwest & Southeast. She seems like the kind of person that would thrive in any of the major promotions, and I imagine she’ll get her shot sooner rather than later.

49. AJ Lee

AJ was out of action most of the year, hence her lower than usual appearance on this listing much to the dismay of Tony Acero & his Aceholes. She feuded & teamed with Paige when she was around, having matches that were decent enough but didn’t live up to peoples’ expectations. I think peoples’ problem with her last run was more due to unreasonable expectations than anything else.

48. Gail Kim

Gail has had some injury issues over the past year that resulted in her losing the Knockouts title & not being as active in the ring. When she is, she’s still one of the best out there. She won the Knockouts title again on the most recently aired episode of Impact, so yay for her!

47. So Cal Val

Gabe Sapolsky recently said that Val is the second best non-wrestler currently in the wrestling business. Being second to Paul Heyman is some pretty high praise indeed, and Val’s work in EVOLVE & SHINE as a manager has been effective. Most people not named Larry Csonka that follow the promotions seem to dig her.

46. Shelly Martinez

I’ve been a big fan of Shelly since she was in WWE as Ariel, and when she was in TNA as Salinas. I watched a match she had with Allie Parker in Alaska that was better than any match she had in the big 2, and she apparently made up with Batista. So she’s doing pretty well.

45. Devin Taylor

I had no idea that Devin was on The Bachelor during the last year until I started researching this column. Considering that almost every girl I know watches that show, you’d think that would have been promoted more by somebody. As far as her wrestling goes, she might be headed into the ring if Dana Brooke keeps messing with her.

44. Shanna

Portugal’s Perfect Athlete actually makes her home in France & competes all over the world. South Africa, England, Germany, Turkey, even the United States occasionally. Not often enough for our liking, but we have to share.

43. Candice LeRae

Candice is one-half of the World’s Cutest Tag Team with Joey Ryan. She’s probably gotten superkicked more times than anybody else on this list, which is pretty impressive since everybody uses the superkick these days. But when you feud with the Young Bucks, you get an advantage in that category.

42. Natalya

Nattie’s certainly had her ups & downs this year on & off screen. She was having a good resurgence managing Tyson Kidd & Cesaro until Kidd got injured, and was off for quite a bit of time until resurfacing recently. It’s yet to be seen if or how she’ll factor into the Diva Revolution storyline.

41. Kimber Lee

Kimber is one half of the Kimber Bombs, currently the SHIMMER & Shine tag team champions. She’s also a Princess in CHIKARA, and the Internet lost their minds when she got powerbombed into a turnbuckle by a dude on a Beyond Wrestling show.

40. Charlotte

The daughter of the Naitch had a pretty good run as NXT Women’s Champion before losing the strap to Sasha Banks. Now she’s WWE Divas Champion after ending Nikki Bella’s reign. Most wonder if she’s ready for it, but that doesn’t matter because she’s a Flair.

39. Tessa Blanchard

Tessa has followed in the footsteps of her father pretty well since debuting last year, and now she’s showcasing a similar personality to Tully. If she needs a Perfect 10 at ringside, I’ll gladly volunteer my services.

38. Sexy Star

Sexy was part of Lucha Underground’s first season, mostly taking on male wrestlers in the sympathetic face role. A bit different from the evil Sexy Star that lucha fans are used to. Definitely nice to see her more often, even though her booking wasn’t exactly my cup of tea.

37. Madison Rayne

Madison didn’t get to do a whole lot this year in TNA for whatever reason. Fortunately for her, the Beautiful People just reunited & I don’t think Angelina Love is going to do a lot of wrestling, so she should be able to keep busy.

36. Leva “Blue Pants” Bates

Leva is not under contract with WWE, but she’s become one of NXT’s most popular performers as a result of her appearances there. She even has a t-shirt. She’s still working the indies as well, but I wouldn’t be shocked if WWE signed her sooner rather than later.

35. Eden

Eden was promoted from NXT ring announcing to SmackDown ring announcing and also appears on WWE Network specials. She’s the highest ranked WWE ring announcer on this list, which I’m sure will lead to many a backstage argument. OK, probably not. But I have dreams where these things happen.

34. Emma

To say Emma’s run on WWE’s main roster was a disappointment would be an understatement, but I think most people saw it coming. Her character didn’t translate well outside of Full Sail University & the creative team didn’t do her any favors. She’s back in NXT now revamping her character, and hopefully it’ll work better next time.

33. Su Yung

Su has had an interesting year in the indies. If she isn’t being possessed in Shine, she’s being bossed around by SoCal Val in EVOLVE. But it’s not all bad for her, she wins titles & kicks some ass too. When you work a bunch of places & do good work you get to do a bunch of different stuff.

32. Trina Michaels

Trina’s most publicized appearances this year have been in FIP where she has people kiss her feet & manages savages. She works other indies as well, I’m not sure how much foot kissing goes on there though.

31. Scarlett Bordeaux

I saw Scarlett in person for the first time this year, as she was ring announcing ROH’s show in Dayton, Ohio. She was wearing more clothing than I’ve seen her wear in any picture ever. I felt ripped off. She went back to the red hair recently, which is much appreciated.

30. Alexa Bliss

The happy-go-lucky Alexa turned over a new leaf over the past year, getting a lot crankier & aligning herself with NXT Tag Team Champions Blake & Murphy. She isn’t the first person I’ve seen become jaded & bitter thanks to pro wrestling.

29. Barbi Hayden

Barbi held the NWA Women’s championship for most of the year. Along with Tessa Blanchard, she became one of the first women to wrestle on Chinese television. Going to Japan is impressive, going to China has to be even more so since people don’t usually do it.

28. Peyton Royce

Jeremy Lambert said I underrated the former KC Cassidy last year, and obviously WWE agreed since they signed her this year as part of the Australian invasion of the developmental system. She’s looked pretty good putting people like Eva Marie over, which should go a long way in showing her worth.

27. Santana Garrett

Santana was involved with TNA for several months in storylines with Madison Rayne, and then Sam Shaw, but left the company late last year. She works all over the indies and currently holds thirteen championships with various companies. That’s a lot of belts.

26. Cheerleader Melissa

Melissa continues to kick ass & take names all over the indies, and is now the president of the American branch of Stardom, a popular women’s promotion in Japan.

25. Veda Scott

Veda has graduated from ROH interviewer to ROH annoying manager, currently managing the career of Cedric Alexander. It seems to be going well so far. She’s wrestling all across the world when not handling his affairs.

24. Jade

Known as Mia Yim all over the independents for many years, Jade arrived in TNA this year and became part of the Dollhouse, a heel group headed up by Taryn Terrell. She still does a lot of indy work and will wrestle just about anybody. Somebody that will wrestle the likes of Eddie Kingston will wrestle just about anybody.

23. Velvet Sky

Velvet was gone from TNA for awhile after getting Fired due to a Feast or Fired stipulation, but came back a few months later to turn against Angelina Love & break up the Beautiful People. TNA without Velvet Sky is like a hot dog without ketchup. Or mustard, or whatever you prever on your hot dog. Nobody eats them plain, that’s for sure.

22. Billie Kay

After years of me asking WWE to sign Jessie McKay in this particular column, they finally did. She’s training in the Performance Center & made her debut on NXT against Becky Lynch. If the Divas Revolution continues, she should be a big part of it.

21. Renee Young

Renee is all over the WWE Network hosting various shows & was the color commentator on Superstars from July 2014 until January 2015. She’s currently hosting Tough Enough & is the object of much scorn from crazed female Dean Ambrose fans.

20. Cherry Bomb

Laura Dennis is a popular commodity. She’s appeared in TNA, ROH & GFW over the past year, along with countless other promotions. She injured her collarbone recently & will be out a couple of months, hopefully she’ll come back stronger than ever.

19. Seleziya Sparx

Seleziya’s been confined to Canada for most of the past year, as she was banned from entering the United States for 5 years after trying to get through border security twice within a 24-hour period & not being successful. So Canada gets to see her a lot, and they’re pretty lucky because she’s a really good wrestler. Hopefully the U.S. can work out an agreement…I can think of plenty of people we wouldn’t miss that we could exchange for her.

18. Summer Rae

Summer was off for much of the year doing a movie & not doing much when she actually was around until hooking up with Rusev after he split with Lana. It’s a feud. Summer does play Lana’s old role reasonably well.

17. Eva Marie

Eva has been criticized ever since her debut with WWE for not being a talented performer. She’s worked on that aspect of being a Diva over the past year, going into extensive training with Brian Kendrick & showcasing her improvement recently in NXT. Not that the NXT fans would admit that she’s improved…Full Sail will probably burn down if she won the women’s title.

16. Ivelisse

The Baddest Bitch in the Building worked most of the Lucha Underground season with a foot injury but managed to win the trios titles with Son of Havoc & Angelico. Most would have stepped aside, but Ivelisse gutted it out so the story could continue. WWE & TNA totally missed the boat here.

15. Brooke

Brooke’s stint on The Amazing Race didn’t end in success, but her return to TNA has gone pretty well. After winning a feud with ex-boyfriend Robbie E she ended the lengthy reign of Taryn Terrell as Knockouts Champion.

14. Bayley

With all the recent call-ups of female talent to the main roster, Bayley now stands as the most established member of NXT’s women’s roster that hasn’t been on Raw or SmackDown. I expect that to come within the next year, and when it does she should be a highly successful sympathetic babyface.

13. Melissa Santos

There are many attractive women in the occupation of ring announcing these days, but for my money, the best among them is Melissa. She brings a certain style to Lucha Underground that’s missing in other promotions these days. Who knew ring announcing could be so sexy?

12. Lana

I must say that the Ravishing Russian was polling higher when she was with Rusev. Now that she’s with Dolph Ziggler and more of a cold fish than anything else, she doesn’t stand out like she used to. She also suffered a wrist injury while training to do more in-ring work & will be out a few months.

11. Brie Bella

Brie was part of one of the most heavily pushed feuds heading into last year’s SummerSlam, where she lost to Stephanie McMahon thanks to her sister Nikki. Then the Bellas feuded & things kinda went downhill for Brie as once that ended she became Nikki’s sidekick. Not that I’d mind being either of the Bellas’ sidekick.

10. Catrina

The woman behind the Lick of Death now controls all the titles in Lucha Underground. Catrina managed the Disciples of Death to the trios titles, and after a few bumps in the road, led Mil Muertes to the heavyweight championship. I always liked Catrina during her time in WWE, and it’s good to have her back in pro wrestling as an evil valet.

9. Maria Kanellis

The First Lady of ROH has been managing the Kingdom to great success in ROH & New Japan Pro Wrestling. New Japan cameramen have really taken a liking to her. Maria gets better with age, which is kinda amazing considering how beautiful she was when she first broke in.

8. Rebel

The former Dallas Cowboy cheerleader has found some success in the world of pro wrestling, first as part of the Menagerie, and then on her own in TNA & OVW. She’s certainly got the look & charisma to go a long way, perfecting her work in the ring should be the icing on the cake.

7. Becky Lynch

The wrestler formerly known as Rebecca Knox was the Internet’s favorite wrestler for years after she retired. Now that she’s back in WWE…well, the sky’s the limit. She went from being Sasha Banks’ rival to sidekick to rival again, and the people stick with her.

6. Taeler Hendrix

After some time under the radar, Taeler made her national reappearance with Ring of Honor recently as part of the Women of Honor reboot. She also appeared at ringside with Jay Lethal at an event in Atlanta. I’d certainly rather look at or listen to Taeler than Truth Martini, so that’s a pretty big upgrade.

5. Mandy Leon

The Exotic Goddess is one of the better reasons to watch Ring of Honor’s television show with her Inside ROH segment, and seems to be the focal point for the latest Women of Honor push. Will it stick this time? Well I sure as heck hope so. She’s certainly got the look to carry a women’s division for any promotion out there, including the big ones.

4. Paige

Paige wanted a revolution and she got one…but it wasn’t the one she wanted so she went to the AJ Lee playbook & yelled at everybody. We’ll see how that works out for her. She was pretty busy this year on Tough Enough & Total Divas, but hasn’t seen championship gold in quite some time.

3. Taryn Terrell

The leader of the Dollhouse is one of the few good reasons to bother with the dying promotion that is TNA. Terrell goes all out in the ring, and any evidence that she might be crazy is more reason for me to like her.

2. Sasha Banks

The Boss just might be the future of this whole Divas Revolution thing that’s going on in WWE these days. She’s had some great NXT matches & has been given the main event slot on NXT house shows because they know she can carry it. I think she’ll be WWE Divas Champion sooner rather than later.

1. Nikki Bella

For three hundred & one days, all was right with the world as we knew it. Nikki Bella reigned as Divas Champion & life was good. Sure, her reign had some ups & downs due to questionable booking. She would shift from heel to face to heel depending on what week it was & who she was feuding with. Her matches were usually good, but people had problems caring because they weren’t sure how to feel about them. Once people figured out that she was going to break the record for longest Divas title reign though, things kicked into a higher gear. People got so mad & angry. Being the longest reigning Divas Champion matters to people. I wouldn’t have thought that as recently as a few months ago, but it’s true. Nikki’s dominance of the WWE Diva scene for the past year along with my standing as a member of the Bella Army since Day 1 makes this choice pretty doggone obvious. As the 1st 411mania writer to ever say anything positive about the Bellas, I’m glad to go out with Nikki on top of the heap.

And there you have it! Let the debate begin in the comment section & try to keep things somewhat civ…oh why am I even bothering? Good night everybody!
