IC Title Match
Y2J1 Vs Benoit Is God
Jericho gains control early with a flying forearm. Benoit comes back with a back suplex followed by a quick elbow drop. Benoit locks in the crossface but Jericho grabs the ropes. Benoit with an irish whip, he lowers his head, and Jericho turns it into a bulldog. Cover by Jericho for two. Jericho tries to apply the walls, but Saturn comes down and takes Jericho out. The ref calls for the ding thing.
Winner: Jericho
Regal arrives in a limo. Regal tells Steph over the phone that Austin is nowhere to be found. When he hangs up, Austin attacks him. He throws him onto the hood of the limo and backs it up into a parking garage. Austin Rams into some boxes and Regal flies off of the limo onto some kind of padding. Austin gets out of the car and nails Regal with a STIFF lead pipe shot.
Commercials…
Medics arrive for Regal…
Edge & Christian, who are in dire need for new music, are out for commentary. Apparently the winners of this match face the tag champs at the Rumble.
RTC Vs The Dudleyz
Goodfather and D-Von are in to start the match. Goodfather clotheslines D-Von, and tags Bull in. Bull covers up for two. Bull then tosses D-Von to the outside. He throws him into the steps and then tosses D-Von back into the ring. Edge and Christian tear into Cole in commentary. In the ring, Bull misses a splash and D-Von lands a neckbreaker. Buh Buh tags in. Sidewalk slam on Bull for two. Goodfather is in now. The Dudleyz go for a 3D, but Edge and Christian drag the Goodfather to the outside. Now The Dudz land a 3D on Bull and get the vic.
Winners: The Dudleyz
After the match, RTC, Edge, and Christian take out The Dudleyz. Great, another E&C Vs Dudleyz match…

All hail Kevin Kelly!!! Rock says that he’s in the Royal Rumble. Rock Vs Angle, non title tonight. Rock talks trash to Angle. Blech.

Kurt Angle Vs The Rock
Angle tells The Rock to “Just bring it”.
Angle and Rock brawl on the ramp. The fight back into the ring and Angle gains control in the corner. Now The Rock reverses an irish whip and lands a clothesline. Now the two wrestlers battle back and forth until Rock lands a somoan drop. Now Angle comes back with a belly to belly suplex. Angle gets a two count. Rock tosses Angle over the top rope. Rock follows and slams Angle’s head into the announce table. Now they are top of the table. Rock goes for a rock bottom but Angle breaks it up. The announce table collapses under Angle and Rock! Angle lands an olympic slam on a broken part of the table. The ref goes to count, and he would’ve counted ten, but Angle goes to the outside and breaks it up. Angle hits a nice missle dropkick and covers but only gets a two count. Both men collide and the ref begins counting. Rock comes back with a belly to belly suplex. Rock lands a blatant low blow followed by a spinebuster. Rock is about to do the people’s elbow, but instead goes and grabs a steel chair. The ref tries to keep Rock from hitting Angle with the chair. Now The Rock lands a rock bottom on Angle. Rock bottom on the ref. Another ref comes down and gets a rock bottom as well. Chair shot on Angle.
Winner: No Contest
Commercials…
Steph arrives, and Austin chases her out to the ring. Austin says that he warned her not to play games with him. Here comes Vince! Vince makes Austin a deal. As long as Austin doesn’t hurt Steph, he will take Regal’s place in the number one contender triple threat match tonight. Austin accepts, and stuns Vince.
Commercials…
Vince appoints himself as the “troubleshooting” ref for tonight’s triple threat match.
Matt Hardy and Lita w/Jeff Vs Perry and Terri w/Deano Machino
Saturn lands some hard headbutts and follows up with a shoulder block. Matt gains control and goes to the second rope. Dean grabs Matt’s foot, then Matt jumps onto Saturn but Saturn catches him and runs him into the corner. Saturn tags in Terri. Terri goes for a low blow on Matt, but hits Saturn in the pills instead. Lita tags in and attacks Terri. She lands a twist of fate and cover but Dean pulls her out of the ring. Dean kisses Lita, and Jeff attacks Dean. Matt flies off the top rope onto both Jeff and Dean. Inside the ring, Lita lands a moonsault and covers, but the ref is distracted. Dean comes in and DDTs Lita. Terri covers for the win.
Winners: Perry and Terri

Val Venis Vs Billy Gunn
Val has control in the corner but Gunn comes back with a quick clothesline. Gunn lands a fameasser on Val but only gets a two count. They go to the outside now. Gunn gorilla press slams Val onto the barricade. Now Val whips Gunn into the steel steps. They go back into the ring now. Gunn lands a suplex and both men are down. Both are back up and Gunn lands a powerslam followed by a tilt a whirl slam for a two count. Gunn lands his cobra clutch slam and covers but Ivory is distracting the ref. Steven Richards comes in and lands a steven-kick and Val covers for the three count.
Winner: Val Venis

Trish is giving McMahon a back rub. Steph comes in and kicks Trish out.

Test Vs Albert
Test has his old school music back. Trish says that McMahon granted Albert the night off. Test has to face Rikishi.
T&A Doesn’t Collide!
Test Vs Rikishi
Rikishi tries to splash Test in the corner to start, but Test moves. Rikishi catches Test and lands a belly to belly suplex followed by a leg drop. Rikishi tries to sit on Test but Test avoids it. Now Test goes to the outside. He chokes Trish and Albert attacks him. Albert tries to do a splash but Test moves and Albert runs into the steel pole. Test comes back in and Rikishi lands a somoan drop. Rikishi then sits on Test and the ref counts the three.
Winner: Rikishi
Albert lands the albert-bomb on Test, then Rikishi drills Test with a banzai drop.

Kane Vs The Undertaker Vs Steve Austin
All three men brawl to start things off. Undertaker and Kane double team on Austin and land a double shoulder block. Kane now lands a big boot on Undertaker then clotheslines him to the outside. Austin lands a lou thesz press on Kane. Undertaker drags Austin to the outside. Kane follows. Kane tries to run Taker into the steel pole but Taker reverses and throws Kane intot the pole. Undertaker and Austin are back in the ring now. Lou thesz press on Taker then Austin covers for two. Takers takes Austin down then Kane lands a flying clothesline on Taker. Undertaker goes for the last ride, Austin tries to clothesline Taker but he rocks the ref instead. Stunner on Kane. Vince waits for another ref to come down so that ref can help Earl outside of the ring. Vince comes in and counts but Kane kicks out at two. Undertaker now choke slams Austin and Kane. He picks Austin up for the last ride but here comes Rikishi. Rikishi lands a superkick, but Taker comes back and choke slams Rikishi as well. Undertaker turns around and Austin lands a stunner. Vince counts the three!
Winner, #1 Contender: Stone Cold Steve Austin
