BJ Whitmer Indicted On Charges From Domestic Assault Arrest

BJ Whitmer has been indicted on charges stemming from his domestic violence arrest back in June. As previously reported, Whitmer was arrested on June 4th on charges of strangulation in the first degree and burglary in the second degree. Fightful reports that Whitmer was indicted on September 6th in a hearing on the charges, both of which are class C felonies.

There is a pretrial hearing in the case set for October 4th. Whitmer was an AEW producer at the time of his arrest but was terminated from his position after the arrest.
