Speedball Mike Bailey Banned From The US For Five Years
According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Speedball Mike Bailey got busted coming into the US for the Evolve shows last weekend (no work VISA), and was then banned from the US for five years. The reason for this was because he did not have a work VISA. He was reportedly in the process of getting a VISA through CZW, but it has not gone through. He is going to try and appeal the ruling by continuing his application for the VISA. This is a lengthy process, which could take more than a year to complete. There were reportedly big plans for him over WrestleMania weekend, but he is now off of those shows.
Bailey would still be able to work Mexico; he worked for AAA last year, but with the Mexican economy what it is it could become problematic. Also, while Bailey can work in Mexico and Japan, travel now becomes tricky, as he cannot take any connecting flights that land in the US.
